Your post is an inspiration to me as my aged Adsense account has almost dwindled away, due to lack of activity on the website.
I've been wondering whether it would increase if I were to bring that website back to life.
It's clear now that there is a chance of returning success, of course depending action. So I will give it a go!
Val, I would start putting loads of activity into your already monetised channel. Resurrect it and get it going again.
The alternative is to start again and go through all that process of watch hours and subscribers before you can make money. The website you have has already gone through that pain barrier.
Use what you've got.

Val, you've done the hardest part, which is setting up the YT channel and getting it to monetisation. It's too valuable and asset for you to give up on it, because that is what it is, an asset. It's something that is worth some money, or can be with a little love and attention. Just do anything for now, to get you back into the swing of things.
Good luck and maybe you could do a post in a week or two about how you get on.

Congrats at getting some income. I have thought about doing the adsense myself and may sometime soon. I have seen my site has been getting clicks more often than before. Dont know if I should start a second site for just absence or if it's possible to do that with my current site. Someone did suggest to me to start a second site for the click adsence to be separate from my 1st website. Best of luck to you and to your success.
