I put my email address and password provided by WA to login and it says error. I have two emails and I can't do either. I'm in the setting up stage. It says put my user nam
Where are you trying to access your email from ? From under the Site Manager section ? What is your domain name and which webmail did you create ? The user name is your webmail address. For instance. My domain name is fightagainstidentitythefts.com. I created an email address info@fightagainstidentitythefts.com.
You click on the password, copy that, then click on 'log in'. The first thing you need to fill in is your username and that would be, in my case info@fightagainstidentitythefts.com and the password. And login should work.

Don't worry, when you are doing it the way it is described below you should be able to enter your email.
Sometimes however, it takes a few trials. It did happen to me before too, although I did everything right. Refreshing the browser also can help before adding your data.
If problem persist, get a support ticket, they will help you.
