How do I change a letter from a drop cap to a regular letter?

It could be in the posts, individual posts of there is one . I have never seen it in customiser
Yes, it is in just one post. I didn't really fix anything, but I got rid of the drop cap by accident. I was cutting words, then sentences and finally a paragraph, but each time whatever the lead word was, it was a drop cap.
So, I was putting everything back in and bang, no drop cap, Now I was trying to figure out what was different. I discovered I had a blank line at the very beginning of the post. Probably not the best way to "fix" it, but it works.
I’ve seen the drop cap tick box before, but can’t remember where it was I saw it.
Might be as simple as going into the post editor, clicking the paragraph the drop cap is in and then checking the settings in the right margin to see if that’s where the tick box is 👍🏼
Different themes might have this feature more prominently shown, but here's how to toggle on and off the drop cap feature for the free version of Generate Press :) How to Add and Remove a Drop Cap in your Posts

It would be a setting in your theme to change, maybe in the customizer.

Thank you for the information. I never imagined it would be so easy!
Easy does it!
