OMG Just Earned $69 in Commissions and Didn't Realize!
How Much Commission on One Sale?!!
I just made $69 commission on one sale last week. I had a link on my site [no banner] and posted it to my facebook too.
I had not been actively promoting as I was too busy, the site is young, I'm working on other things...
Update: I have discovered the sale came from facebook, I barely use facebook but when I do it is very targeted and have received a bootcamp referral that way too. It's about joining the right discussion groups related to your genuine interests and niche, and knowing how to communicate without getting banned as spam - basically natural conversation and stay within the rules of the group - and it is amazing who will find you ;)
Update 2022: I gave up that platform as I found they were promoting fads, so I ditched the commissions, and even bigger ones but got to be the change you want to see! The health niche stinks at the moment, they even refer to themselves now as 'the health industry' and are every bit as bad as the big pharma industry they used to justify themselves...

congratulations. These things shouldn't come as a surprise to us as we place the links, we write the content and share on social media but when they happen like this we can't help but do a little happy dance. Well done :-)

Well it is a surprise because I'd only done a fraction of the work, this is a site that is getting off the ground and is not in full flight, and I have not been pushing those events like I know I should [I had not written the content on that summit at all, there's a summit almost every week!]. That said, I did spend half a day once just gathering those blasted links together. $69 and one sale is pretty tiny compared to what could be earned with these events ;)
Love the potential to get paid time and time again from just the one half a days work. Hope you put some sas into that happy dance :-)
