Can't log in to WA from Tor what has happened WA help & navigation!
I'm hours trying to log in from Tor browser, helpers telling me go to site support when site support option directs back to the community if it is not a website related question. I have logged in from Tor before, and I've had to switch over from Chrome as two of my websites stopped functioning on chrome, site support said that's not their concern either.
I am wasting so much time trying to access help and navigate the WA dashboard, had to watch a tutorial on where to find my account settings and manually change password as the email never turned up when login failed. Even after changing password and pasting email into login it still does not work.
I've been here since 2014, the system is not getting easier to navigate, there is not more help even with the premium premium membership, and the ambassador situation and hierarchy of rank still has problems that clearly encourage people to 'answer' even when they don't have an answer. I appreciate some great help I've received to some other questions by people chipping in, though I still have ogoing problems and still am stuck to the point of having a great website I can't even update the content on now, I'm sure that was not part of the plan...

Hi Mary,
WA has undergone many updates over the years but our most recent major update to the user experience and navigation was made in November.
Finding your account settings is done by clicking on your image in the top menu. From there you can click on “Account Settings” and you can update all of your account related options there, including password.
As for Tor, I’ve never used it, and it’s not a browser that we actively develop the community for at the current time.

they were not interested in the pages sticking, they just said it's not a server issue which has me moving browsers, also the WA platform redirects questions back to the community if it is not 'website' and WA login in not website.
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Hopefully you will get the help you need Since you are blogging now are you logged on the website?
