Affiliate program for books may be alternative to Amazon Associates?
I just discovered an affiliate program for selling books - 5% commission - a worldwide company with free delivery that is actually usually cheaper than the books on Amazon, though they sell there too. But on my new website I had been putting off applying to Amazon because I'm seeing so many people talk about trying to get approved or get suddenly cancelled because they weren't getting traffic or sales - well these people just asked me how I intend to promote them on the application and next day, I'm approved.
I'm a new site in the health niche and every topic I cover has a book that could be advertised - so this looks just like what I needed. Maybe it will be helpful to some of you.
The name is on this approval, bookdepository, it is a dot com site.

Yes, I've been using this company for years usually because they are best price and free delivery and hadn't even noticed their affiliate program till now. Last week I got rejected by four other companies because I was new - it's lovely when someone takes newbies - and newbie sites can pull in recurring monthly commissions too ;)
Sorry to hear about the other rejections. However, helping promote someone that you already use it great. I'm going to check it out this evening.
P.s. It is interesting how we learn to look for the Affiliate program links now where as before we never noticed them.
