Aljazeera English TV has been broadcasting stories about this for weeks. Before the Olympics started the story was about "behind schedule and over budget". Just like a Hollywood blockbuster. There were demonstrations against spending so much money on hosting the Olympics given all the other problems in Brazil that money could help. I thought to myself why would Brazil want to spend all this money? Oh! Another bribery scandal! Silly me.

Many thing not be as the plan and can't control.

Sorry state, greed, corruption and selfishness have taken over common sense.
