A very successful endeavor
Training! Look no further than the need for it. Millions of dollars are spent every year to use it to effectively grow people. If you look at virtually every category in a niche there is a need to educate people.
Jay is doing an outstanding job here in enlightening everyone in a most active way. His subjects cover the full gamut of our concerns. From the all important SEO to the need for website appearance and cosmetics there is always something that can be presented as a training topic!
It is also critical to have files well dated and archived for s=access to refresh your knowledge
The need is so critical and everyone in all phases of career life needs it:
- New people n the workforce (newbies) who need to be brought on board quickly
- New ideas introduced to your audience.These can be processes or physical product introduction. This is spot training that is often called familiarization training.
- JITT (Just in time training) Often needed quickly to bring employees up overnight to critical issues,
- Replacement Training. Needed to adapt to turnover or new roles introduced in a business.
- Refresher training. You see how often it is essential to go back and review the lessons. This is an endless source of enlightenment due to the dynamic nature of needed education.
- Goal driven training. The need for a new certification exam for instance!

Great blog Mike and training is always a good thing and sometimes when you have completed training, it you go over it again you can notice that you missed something. I always feel guilty doing a training that someone has already done but some people (like myself) find it easier to have what I refer to as an idiots guide (not saying any is an idiot) but one that shows you in laymans terms where to go and where to put things as opposed to just being told in words. If I can help people by doing this then I feel all the better for it. xxx
