I have been trying to transfer in a Domain, mjonesmedia.com, and was wondering how long will it take to transfer in? It has been stating "transfer in progress" since yesterday
I moved a domain from one registrar to another a while back. I wrote some notes about it here:

Not sure exactly why your having these issues, but I do know that sometimes the basic reboot will usually take care of most issues that your system may be encountering. Hope this helps.

Hi Mark,
I had the same problem when I tried to transfer a domain from GoDaddy to here. I finally found out that your domain has to be over 60 days old before it can be transferred. While you are waiting GoDaddy simply points it to your Site Rubix website. Call GoDaddy support and they can explain it further.

I love dogs so naturally I want to use Dogs as a niche. I am thinking Dog Supplies, Toys, food, treats, and so on? Should I include cats even though I am not really crazy over
My first niche is about dogs too, but I am focusing more on health and good nutrition. I have a dog that needs a special diet, so I know the choices can be tough on what to feed them. I am also passionate about educating people about the evil of puppy mills, so this is another focus. I think you're on the right track. Good luck!
Go for it. "Dogs" is a powerful niche. Pet owners, and especially dog owners, are some of the most loyal people you can have in your following. Natalie them, they spend more money on their pets then the average parent spins on their children. Be sure to write about different breeds, and the powerful effects of crossbreeding. You'll also want to be an affiliate of one or more of the companies offering genetic evaluation of your dogs breed. You might even consider writing a comparison of several different companies good and bad points, with affiliate links to each one!
Thanks. That's a great idea. I have a Yellow Lab right now and I know I spend more on her than myself. LOL.
Both are good. I think gadgets is the better money maker of the 2 due to the price of the items. If you go with the pet supplies It should be easy enough to include both cats and dogs.
Thanks for the response. So, maybe start with the Gadgets get that up and running with some money trickling in then start another with Dogs and Cats. Think the would be the way to go?
have you seen the price of dog accessories? lol I don't know about gadgets having higher price tags :)
People who really LOVE their dogs LOVE to pamper them and spend money on them.
oh and think outside the box. There are affiliate programs for dog hotels and groomers and places like PetSmart. Don't limit yourself to collars and toys. :)
Already have that in my head Angela. I have both nIche's brewing and both will be up and running soon. Not a compete stranger to Wordpress. Already tried starting a blog but its been more recent as to using them to make money as an Affiliate. Thanks a bunch to everyone chiming in and helping out. Hope I can as well once I get things sorted and flowing.
