Funny Story Today
At work we contract out our IT related work to a local company. When we first signed the contract they were great, but they signed up some really large companies and we are not getting the quality service we did at first.
The CEO, CFO, and the rest of the Executive Group which includes me were in the conference room for a budget meeting, 2nd day of it. I had 3 employees come into the meeting for me to fix their IT problems during this time. I use to be a network administrator for a health care company, but I never told anybody because I knew helping everyone would throw me behind. I will always help people though, just never told my background.
Now the CEO wants to make me Director of IT. I guess I will be wearing another hat.

Good for you Mike! I hope it comes with a pay raise, or is something you will enjoy doing! That is rewarding to move up (or over) and take on a different job.
