Drowning

Do you ever feel like you are drowning? Does not time seem so fleeting? Do you ever feel as if there simply is not enough time in a day?

I believe if we are honest, I think we all feel as if we were drowning from time to time.

Time and time management sometimes causes people to have anxiety attacks. Some days you feel as though you are drowning.

You reach out for help and help can't be found. You begin to feel as though you are falling further and further behind. You don't know what to do.

What do you do? How do you cope? Where will you turn to?

What if this happens in your training? What about your web creation? Or, how about in your affiliate marketing campaigns?

My advice is, and would be to, step back, take a deep breath, and regroup. Revisit your goals and stay focused. Keep your eye on the prize and press on.

One thing you may need to do is to back up if you have gotten side-tracked. Back up to where you left off and get back on track.

As the safety message says: Turn Around...Don't Drown!

I have felt this way several times. I usually find someone that can help me out. Just recently the teddy bear, aka Chris Scott kept me from drowning.

That's great! That's what we all need to do is encourage one another to keep on keeping on!!

Good writing Mike, must admit I felt that way but seem to be coping now

Thank you John. It happens to all of us I guess.

You're welcome Rog.

When I get twisted, I go do something else, clean, the gym, talk to a friend. I walk away for awhile. Sometimes that's the best way to get back on the horse. ;-)

Wendy

Yes I ageee Wendy. You have to do something.

Good re-assuring post, some might say take swimming lessons though lol. What happened to your Chose a theme blog? Twice I have received notification for it but both times when I click the link, it comes up as it does not exist and I don't see it in your post list, I am eager to read it as I have been through 4 themes now, so I am hoping to learn a thing or two from it.

LOL that's funny Jair!!

I had some audio problems on the first theme training so I had to delete and start over. Here is the latest...

You just like being a tease.

Just building suspense my friend! Lol
