My name is Jair and I have done everything possible being a sponsored amateur status skateboarder, an amateur race car driver, a decorated champion flair bartender and I have worked in 16 countries, calling Toronto, Canada home base. I have had to give up my careers and change my dreams and goals due to 2 broken backs and being paralyzed for 19 months having to learn to walk all over again. This is why I am now pursuing a career online so that I can work my own hours and have my own deadlines so that I can match them with my limitations. I have to always challenge myself and plus Jair wants to be the next Millionaire!

As I was starting my professional bartending career, I had a close friend who became a pretty well-known comedian, I became the butt end of his set as I was sitting in the front row at his opening debut on Comedy network. He was bombing big time! (his material was really funny but his nerves got to him which was highly unlike him as he was used to big crowds coming from Second City's "The Launch Pad". He looked at me almost like a deer in the headlights. I shrugged my shoulders and held up my snifter or cognac (it's all I drink) and tipped my hat to him with the two dates I had brought to the show.
Out of nowhere he just starts tearing into me, calling me "Jair the wanna be Millionaire" thank god no one had any idea I was sitting in the front row that is until he pointed me out at which point I stood up with my 2 dates and my snifter of cognac and took a bow. That whole set started his professional career and it only seemed fitting that I made that my stage name when I was performing in my bartending competitions.
I have never had the Millionaire mentality of making money but I sure know how to live like one when I did have the money lol now it's more like Jair on welfare lol that is until this affiliate career takes off...then the Millionaire is back baby!!
Thanks for your kind words. I'm not sure I am as strong as you make me out to be as it's my actual condition that has made me heal so fast and is also the reason why I am also deteriorating just as fast. I have always succeeded at whatever I set my mind too as I won't let myself quit something that I have not finished. The hardest thing I have ever done though is starting this online business as with my learning disability has always made computers my nemesis but I am slowly, very s..l..o..w..l..y getting the hand of it. I look forward to working with you and your network in the future. I wish you all the best.

Jair,

I'm here because of your informative post over on my pm. I really appreciate it. You shed light on options. I will look into it pal.

Just for that Jair may I be so bold to ask to do a caricature of you?

As soon as you give the green light (that means "go" not sure if Canada have traffic lights. lols, I do mean it ) I will shoot you one. Pick from the 65 on my webpage.

uratanifrank.com

...........and you'll get it today. I writing to you this morning at 4:43am Hawaii time. Why? Because as I was waking up and stretched my arms, believe it or not, I dislocated my left shoulder.

DANG WAS PAINFUL. i WOKE UP MY POOR WIFE AND ASKED HER TO ASSIST ME AND HELP GET MY WHOLE ARM BACK IN THE SOCKET......o u c HHHH !

Jair I wish this on no one. I have come to the realization that playing full court basketball yesterday at 64 years of age must end.
My body is not young anymore.

Not happy about it but I know this is it!

NO MORE BASKETBALL. Not happy but ohh well must face up to reality and accept what is.

I read your bio....WOW! You have been thru a lot. Paralysis!???

Wow! I should count my blessing my friend! Nothing compares to what you went thru. But, I'm impressed with you Jair.
I know you're making a great decision with your future and I'm all in with you too.

Now if I can only persuade my son-in-law and daughter to get in on this. Our direction is the way to go. I've been on the otherside for I was in advertising for a retail store here in Hawaii and I can tell you "retail selling" have been catching on with the likes of affliiate programs on the internet.

Brick and motor stores (big name stores ) like K-mart, Sears, Sports Authority here in Hawaii are turning into Dinosaurs......

extinct.

I believe we are in the infancy stage and you and I will
succeed and share a cut on this big "money-pie" on this internet.
I thank Amazon for that.

I ask around socially with people and more buy "on-line" now that is exciting.

Anyways Jair i will work with you if you don't mind for I have a lot to learn. Btw Jair the pictures on my homepage are jpeg not the other format. Don't remember what you called it "png?"

Thanks for the idea of going to another page. I followed the video from, you guessed it Tyler Moore's video. I'm learning to go thru the motions of understanding the how-to's of producing a decent website and dang Jair I am excited.

As said before Jair, I needed comments like yours so I am appreciative of your opinions my brother. I will once again look over what you said about wpocean, or whatever you called it.

You are talented Jair I see potential from the layout you did. =)

Anyways Jair my offer still stands since I can no longer play basketball, I will have more time on the computer. lols!!!

Frank

ohhh here is my web page from another side outside of WA.

look for "Templates" on another page.
choose from the 65. I send you the scanned copy and if you want the real-thing just send me a p.m. for your home address and you'll get the original to you, howsdat!??? LMK Jair.

Hey Jair, welcome to the group. Your sports careers are very interesting. I never done anything that awesome but I did play college football. I too have had career after career and I finally decided to try to work for myself on-line because of the unpredictability of working for others. You could do a fantastic job for them but if they decide your too expensive they could try to get someone else just to save money. I hope all your dreams come true buddy.

Thanks for the follow Jair. Great to meet another fellow Canadian on the platform. I am from Brampton. After everything that has happened to you, it is great that you are keeping positive. Attitude is everything and can be the only difference between success and failure. But I can already tell, you are a winner. I wish you great success with your online business.

WOW...my own little WA stalker, I AM honored lol. I will send you a PM so I don't take all my wall up with a single msg which I have done numerous times.

I can be very active depending on the day. Even when I was bartending at a bar the other bartenders were dumb-founded that I would handle, move and stack the beer kegs, 3 kegs high in the walk-in cooler (161.5 lbs=30L) but I refused to carry the box that contained our cocktail napkins (14lbs) upstairs to our storeroom.

It is all about your technique and utilization of your skills. The cocktail napkins are in a longer rectangle box that is like almost 4 feet long so it's extremely awkward to carry with my arms almost straight out to my side and almost chest height as where the kegs are waist level right between my feet. Also learning my limitations over the past 20 years has also taught me a lot.

Sitting and standing still are the hardest things for me to do which is how I came to bartending for a career as you are always in motion and as long as I was in motion I was capable of almost anything. Unfortunately with old age and my deteriorating condition, 20 years later and my awesome career had to come to an end. It even came to a point where I was only doing competitions globally and living off the purse money but then the long flights, even with laying down, I could no longer make the trips or put the practice time in that I needed.

So here I am at the WA with my nemesis...computers trying to make a new living. Besides my own kryptonite, computers, would awaken my old learning disability but "sitting" at a computer became very hard very any extended length of time. So I lay down will on my laptop most of the time but even then I can only lay on my one side so much before my neck cramps. So I really have to preplan my time and work out all my movements to maximize my content output. But when it really acts up I become almost floor ridden. Since this has turned into a full page I may as well finish it here. LOL!

My condition is a really rare nerve deteriorating disorder with a super long name which shortens to CLLPSS I believe it is, been so long since talking about it...lol, having a hard time remembering the whole sciencey name. I try to just forget about it as the more I think about it, the more it bothers me. The Dr's gave me a really great addiction to narcotics and I became a lab rat for their new procedures. So I took my treatment into my own hands back in 2013, it took some time and it was a really long road that made me lose my rock star life and most people I loved but I am free of all the narcotic prescription meds kicked the addiction and have my treatment fairly comfortable compared to what it was. So now, I just keep plugging away. Thanks for your great, kind letter. If you ever need some help, have a question or even need some simple ideas or inspiration, my inbox is always open. I will end this Novel now.
Have a happy & safe Holiday season and I look forward to working along side your network in 2018.

Hi Jair, glad you figured out what some Dr's are all about. I stay away from them like a plague. One of my best email friends has kidney disease due to drugs given her, she is now on dyalisis and her time on earth is short.
I understand the problem of trying to do your work on the computer and the pain from sitting too long. I also have to move around a lot or my feet swell & ache. Due to an accident when I was 10 yrs old my tail bone gets sensitive if I sit in bed, neck aches considerably if I lie down.
We are a pair aren't we? We will persist.
Thank you for your reply.
Always "your stalker"

I love your attitude and style of writing!! I am sorry to hear about your tailbone. Anyone with REAL serious, intense back pain...I wouldnèt wish that upon my worst enemy. Doing like 92 hours of banging your head off the ground pain is just indescribable. I completely crumbled my L4, L5, L6 and completely blew out my S1, S2. I tore my long muscles and have Vertebral Subluxation. I snapped my Sacrum (S1). I have 2 discs removed and 2 trimmed from compression damage. I have 2 rods, 2 plates, 8 bolts and 6 screws. All this is pretty normal and not even my condition.
During my second surgery, I just damaged some of the mounting hardware which they fixed but the surgeon knicked my sciatic nerve with a tool and created some scar tissue. hen I got this nerve disorder because of it. So basically my body heals super fast, like wolverine lol Scar tissue never stops growing and with my condition itès growing out of control encasing my spinal column applying pressure to all sort of different nerves so pain is different every day and changes constantly and some days (very rare) but itès like thereès nothing wrong with me. They offer surgery with a 37% success rate....yeah, I will just deal with it thank you. They also predict a wheelchair by 55-60 years of age. I hope they are wrong.
As crappy as this experience has been, I have learned, appreciated more and gotten a really good positive outlook. In 2014 I had to stop all my sports like snowboarding, rock climbing, canoeing. and drifting cars. I have learned a lot about pain deferral techniques since pain is a very psychological; thing. I hope your condition can be corrected and you donèt end up like me. I wish you have a happy & safe holiday season. Get ready for success in 2018!!

Hi Jair, nop, my condition is not serious, after reading about you I reckon I can ignore pain with the best of them.
It is really sad to find you cannot go into the snow and play like you used to, but the smell of snow and greenery always fills me with satisfaction & joy.
Maybe a little scar tissue removal may be helpful?
Love that you are still vibrant & cheerful.
You are a nice person.
Cheers, Jae

Wow! It's so inspirational to hear about your struggles. Best of luck with that. Affiliate marketing is an excellent way to go. I'm still a newbie, but I'm getting there. I have chronic pain challenges. The training here is great. Let me know if I can be of any help.

I'm sorry about your back problems. God was certainly preserving your life for a greater purpose. From all indications you are a risk taker, Probably God saw the path ahead of you and decided to keep you in one place. It wasn't time for you to lose your life just yet.

If I could just get some traffic going I would be a happy camper, getting anxious not having traffic for one month. I just keep trying to pump out content while waiting as I feel everything else is in place where it needs to be but I got no data in search console or analytics to work off so it's all blind work right now. Kyle says it will come just wait so I am.

I hope so soon, I know people who started in October and have already made sales and are on 1st or 2nd pages in the SERPS. And my ranks according to GSC are all 70's-95's. and even changing things are around using header text analyzers and updating to LHF keywords and still no change.

Hi Jair, it's good to meet you. I found your comment on a post I've just read "Keeping the faith in what you learn - newbies". I'm in the same boat as you - joined July and nothing yet, but I do sincerely believe that it will work. I would love it to be a lot quicker but I'm keeping the faith :)

I also loved reading your bio and all your achievements and accomplishments. You've had a lot of experiences, some of which I would love to have done and others, well, I'll rather skip (breaking my back twice).

I sincerely wish you all the very best. I'll join you on the journey to millionairedom (don't think there's such a word but it fits lol)

Best wishes

I am a noob here as well, one month in but it's a solid month. Here's my best advice to you. First, read this link; Now that you understand how this really works, next, learn how to use the tabs for the search bar. As a noob to the WA I found you get bombarded with helpful information and too much if you can believe that. So by using the tag option, you can create a place to store articles and links to information. Name the tags to what they are so you can review them at the right times. No use understanding how to add Google analytics if you don't even have a site yet, reading it now waste time and you won't use that info for at least a few weeks. See the white star beside the live chat button when the page is at the top, this is how you create tags for the article or blog you are reading. Click it and name it, that simple. Now see the star in the search bar, click it and it will bring up all your tags, works list like bookmarking.
Next, be sure not to skip ahead in lessons, read the lesson, watch the video, do the tasks, check off your tasks. Before going to the next lesson be sure you understand what you just did, if you have any doubt, use the live chat or at the top of your profile you will see the heading "Questions" you can ask your question there but your answers won't come as quick as in chat.Once you fully understand on to the next lesson. Next, you will have to think of a "niche" the topic of your website. I really over thought mine, I over researched it and every time I was ready to move forward I found another problem with that niche. I called this "Analysis Paralysis" don't get stuck in this. Chose a niche you know something about, something you enjoy as you will be working with this topic for months to come. Then get to work. This will most likely be your 1st website ever so don't worry about making mistakes, I find you actually learn faster and better making mistakes. Worry about perfection for the next project or campaign, treat this first one as a full out learning experience. Now this will have taken up most of your free 7 days, you may not have even gotten this far, don't stress. But here's where you have to make a decision do you become a premium member? What I have learned thus far, what I have experienced thus far and what I have built and executed thus far, makes this decision a no brainer. I got scammed by 2 other schools or platforms for a combined time of 3 months. What I did here in 2 weeks and for $19, there is no better place on the WWW that prepares you, gives you the tools and gives it to you straight than the WA. So I hope this helps you out, once you become a premium member, I will give you more tips, hook you up with some other specialized Canadians that really helped me along and we will get you going so that you can build that dance career of yours....hhey, what a great niche?! Dancing...something to think about!!! I am always here for help and I wish you all the best on reaching your goals here at the WA. See you as a premium member soon enough lol -Jair

Thank you Jair for the follow and many blessings to you here at WA. If you need any help remember to post your question in the comments section or on live chat, and someone will be able to help you.

I created a short but informative training tutorial for all New Members that tell you what you can do here at WA and most importantly give you a link to the RULES of WA and what you cannot do here. If you have a few minutes free, give it a read and ask me any questions you may have within the comments section, and I will be happy to give you an answer.
