What Do You Know About Panic Or Anxiety Attacks?

There have been quite a few blogs and questions about what types of things to buold websites on. This question often takes the form of frustration. (What should I write about? / I don't know what my Passion is, please help.) I have been thinking that one of the things I can do to help is to grab a quick look at some topics that you can build into a website or added as additional content to the one you are working on right now, so:

What Do You Know About Panic Or Anxiety Attacks? (OR, what can you learn in a few days about these syndromes that, occasionally, incapacitates people. Who can you talk to or what organizations are there that can assist you in putting together a website that can help others understand this condition so they are not caught unawares should they encounter someone like this during their normal day to day activities.

These conditions have various symptoms and can be listed on pages under that title. A racing heart and dizziness are just a few of these. Some of these can also be caused by high blood pressure or high sugar levels in diabetics, so care must be taken in analyzing what you see.

You can do some studying about the Aroma Therapy treatments as well as supplements and even prescription drugs, through their doctors. The supplements and some of the aroma treatment can be found on Amazon.com. This larger than many other e-commerce sites also has books that can be promoted that can aid in helping your loved ones or friends through a particularly hard time.

In Clickbank, there are several eBooks that can assist in aiding the sufferer and these are, of course, digital downloads that help your site's friendly visitor experience.

This is a very serious condition and must be treated that way if you are thinking about doing a website on this or any other health or mental condition.

If you are considering this topic, you will be in good company as the keyword/phrases you will use are still well-searched terms.

'Till next time,

Mickey Brundege

This is a very interesting topic, and I know there's a lot of interest out there on the subject of panic attacks or anxiety disorder! I suffer with anxiety disorder myself. I created a website that deals with a lot of different mental health issues...I know that there are so many who suffer with anxiety and such in private for so many different reasons, and one of them is shame! Sometimes anxiety stems from stuff that has happened in the past, even if you might not remember, your subconcious does! I think this niche would be a good one to get into! Not just because of making money with products tied to it, but of the research and interest that goes into it! The brain is so facinating in how it deals with stuff like stress for one! I get seizures, and we thought I was epeleptic, but realize now they are stress related seizures! When I go on overload with stress, my brain shuts down, and it actually looks to others like I'm having an epeleptic seizure!

My daughter gets them and my husband had one that took us to the doctor, immediately. For awhile, it was only her dad who could help her while she was panicking, but now, I am somewhat able to help. There is a card you can print out to carry with you, so that if you are in public when it happens and alone, others will know what to do. It's real and is losing it's stigma, so do not be embarrassed. Many are actually on disability from this and the numbers have increased drastically. PTSD can cause it, for one.
I am wondering how much essential oils help, too. This is my niche. My daughter uses some E.O. but it is not the full answer. The other day, she had a headache. I took care of my grandson while sending her to at least soak her feet in hot water. She took a bath and this helped so much that she remembered it during her next panic attack. It relieved it. 4 deep breathes, drawing in for 4 ct, holding for 4 ct and letting out the breath for another 4 ct. really helps.

Having someone talk to you and recognize the feelings, but reassure that you are not having a heart attack is essential. Call someone and chat about anything else but that, after the initial discussion of what is going on.

E..O. Lavender, Orange, lemon, Roman Chamomile, valerian, melissa, copaiba, ylang ylang, basil, bergamot, save, franincense, geranium and many more really help. I find what I want on the app, Oils Guide, with the purple and green logo.

Combine 3 in a carrier oil, like sweet almond. [If nothing else, use Olive oil.] Place on a makeup remover pad and smooth on your forearms, feet. Use a diffuser if you can get one. Be careful around children, not to keep a diffuser where they can reach this.

I could go on and on, but, you get the idea. Feel better and better as you exercise. This is one tactic my daughter is avid about!

very interesting comments about your own battles with this condition.

Thank you for sharing them.

Thank you for sharing these thoughts. I know it afflicts many more people than we all think.

Thank you very much for responding back! I do suffer with PTSD and started new meds to deal with it, but would eventually like to go natural, and use natural products, rather then be on meds..On 4 different ones...lol..Thanks so much for all your advice, and I am going to try your advice and these methods! The card when I go out will help a lot, as I've had the ambulance called so many times from people, and that is definitely NOT cheap!

Being bipolar, I have had many panic attacks over the years. I thought that I was having a heart attack. Panic attacks are very scary.

I understand that from simply watching my son during his attacks.

Good to know!

Thanx for stopping by, my friends.

More and more People having this attacks now, I have to say I have a few friends they have this anxiety attacks. I can not understand why as the slightest thing can trigger them but I am a friend and there to help and comfort.

That is sometimes, all you can do and they appreciate that about you, I'm sure!

Wow! This is great information Mickey! I'm in the healthcare industry but I never knew about a lot of this stuff! Thanks for sharing!

Don

I can't believe you didn't get more than what I blogged about in college or through other courses you have been taking!

Anxiety and panic attacks are definitely no fun

No, and, for some reason, many of them are getting more and more frequent for many people.

Usually an effect of PTD or ADHD. Fortunately I
have neither!

Thank you; You could probably put up a site without doing a lot of research!

My boyfriend served 21 years in the Army in combat units and suffers from PTSD. Last week we had two nights in a row where he went into panic attacks and both nights we were up until 3 or 4 am. They are definitely no fun.

I have friends who served with me during the Vietnam era who have problems every once in a while....

This is a niche I would definitely look deeper in to understand. Panic attacks can be the root cause of many misdiagnosed serious maladies such as heart attacks, ulcers, and vertigo.

They have been known to hide other, deeper issues....

Mick I have only ever had a few of these. I just take a few deep breaths and take things one step at a time. I do know people where these are debilitating. So a site with this niche could prove very beneficial to them.

Thank you or that info. One of my sons can freeze up and be almost unable to move. We simply have to get him back to his room and that settles him down (where all of his 'stuff' is)
