(Cover Photo: FB Ads Budget. Is that $58.55 a day or for the full 4 days?)

Hi everyone,

I was unclear whether my budget of $58.55 is per day or for the entire 4 days.

Anyone know for sure?

I have the money if its all 4 days just in case.

My first time doing FB Ads. I decided to jump all in.

Thanks for your assistance!

I don't have the ads problem at the moment. Google says I was naughty, when I wasn't even advertising. Facebook says there's a problem, but when I go through the steps of finding the problem it says there's no problem.
Maybe next month, I'll look into it when I have more time.
First, I'm going to see if my financial advisor agrees with me putting $300/mo into my business account so I could invest $10/day for advertising when I'm ready again.
Good luck!
Les

There is no better investment than in your business in my opinion. If your financial investor disagrees, then fire them. :-)

Lol, that was my way of saying my wife

Ah ok. ;-)

Hey Mel,

If you have set it for 4 days, this is the total budget and it will be divided by 4 days. So it looks like it is about $14 per day (and change) that you are set up to spend with this particular ad.

My suggestion with paid ads is to always start slow, and then scale when you "crack the code" to speak. That is the best approach.

Keep us updated with this campaign, and let us know if you ever want any feedback. :)

Thanks for sharing Kyle! Much appreciated.

Mel

Thank you Kyle, that answers the question for me!

I jumped in two weeks back with the same amount for FB ads. I used paypal as it already set-up there on FB, but they then charged me by the day.

So in addition to the cost of the ad, I also got hit from my bank in extra charges for each and every Paypal transaction..

My bank does not like Paypal and they discourage their customers from using it. This was told to me by a bank employee - maybe they were having a bad day.

I hope you have a better experience than I did, but I did learn that I should use less money, less days and hopefully get better overall results.

Thanks for sharing Florence!

Mel, a strategy that worked real well for me pre-Covid, was using Eventbrite to create EVENTS and then Intergrated Eventbrite with my Facebook page.

I could then boost the event post on my Facebook page to a local Minneapolis audience, and they (humans) would register to attend the in person event. (The people that register (name and email), are real leads that are relevant to the event topic.)

Perhaps this strategy would work for a “online webinar”, teaching people how to make money on the Internet using the Affiliate model. (To promote WA Memberships) ‼️

That being said, Facebook ads do not work nearly as good as they did pre-Covid.

Thanks for sharing Brad. Noted.

Mel

Yea it for the whole 4 days, I looked at boosting a post. Just haven't decided on what post to boost. My budget was about the same.
