That's it short and sweet.
Information tells and benefits sells.
The mysterious wisdom of this short quote?
Tell your vistors to your site the information they need, but focus your attention on telling them the benefits of the product or service and the affects it will have for them.
Because people want to know the emotional or physical or financial benefits it will give them.
Simple!
