I can communicate with you all in the discussion but unable to talk to support because it prompts me to go premium. Sorry but I feel like I am in the abyss and unable to get anything accomplished. I am a premium member stuck in starter member mode and unable to communicate with the folks that can fix this issue. I like my starter site and if somebody could recognize me as a premium member I would love to make my starter site premium. Please help.

Yes I tried all that and it prompts me back to my email but nothing exists at my email. I think I will try support again and maybe communicate with them trough my starter site and see if I can get a response that way. Thanks.

You might try resetting the password.
