I'm wondering if I can migrate my site to WA, and if so, how long will it normally take?

Yeah, I don't see why not.

You may transfer or point to WA servers (if the transferring domain has to end in .com, .net or .org.

To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.

ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com

These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) after the transfer has taken place. To transfer your domain here, you need to log in to the current registrar and fetch the EPP code; there's a one-year charge of $15.99, privacy included. One year more will get added to your domain.

Also, it has to have passed the grace period of 60 days.

If your site has content, you need to contact site support for further instructions.

They will typically ask you for FTP info and your domain name; they'll set up a siterubix subdomain and upload files. Then, you can check everything is okay before you point your domain to WA servers.

Hey Thomas,

Leo forgot to mention that you should reach out to SiteSupport for help in doing this: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/triblu/messages/sitesupport

Just be sure to respond with "Yes" for question 1, and then choose any domain you want to use... for now... in response to question 2.

For answers to question 3, select "Other" and then in the 4th option you are provided with a textbox in which to detail what it is you need.

In the TITLE of #4, I recommend you state something like this: "NOT a [yourDomainShownIn2] but need help migrating another site"

That way, the reader will be ready for what it is you are sharing, knowing there is NOTHING wrong with the site used in response to #2.

I know, it is a LONG way around this, but the only way to get to SiteSupport regarding this issue. And, I'm sure you want a smooth migration of your site, thus my advice.

Hope you find this helpful.

Yes you can, in fact, I am in the process of doing that with one of my websites. It usually takes on average anywhere from 24 to 48 hours for your site to propagate. And sometimes it will happen quicker.

I took a break from WA several months ago and now I'm back as of yesterday. I noticed the scan counter sits at 100 left out of 10,000. I hadn't used Jaaxy since returning, and

Hi

First try refresh browser empty cache and see if this changes. Try in a different browser too.

Few things you can do

Reach out to https://wealthyaffiliate.com/contact

And explain situation.

Or for speedy resolution I leave Kyle a message on the public profile

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/kyle

if you click on tracked rankings does this show some keywords that are being tracked and using up scans

No, like I said, I've been gone for several months and the scans should have reset to zero, correct? Unless the scans ran all this time, lol.

if you have set scans to track keywords before you left then yes they have been running all this time...i have some that are running now that i setup 5 years ago...and had forgot about them...
so if you goto the scans and click on tracked and see if anything is still running...if it is you can always switch it off and the next month it wil lreset to 100
you can still run manual scans on ranking

Thanks Feigner!

Ok, thanks Keishalina, I'll reach out to them. I didn't think they handled Jaaxy, but good to know!

hey hi & welcome back here to wonderful WA!

yes, suggest a request to Site Support with a screenshot of what you see so that they can help you best with your question --- they're a fantastic help for pretty much everything WA!

hope it all works out well for you -- here's to Success!

All the very best, cheerio.... :))

I'm trying to setup my email but I need the incoming email settings. Would you provide those please? I can't use just the outgoing settings.

Hey Thomas,

Am not exactly clear on what you mean by "incoming email settings".

If you are trying to setup a domain email for a website that is hosted on WA servers, here's how you can set it up... and then forward it to gmail: Hope you find this helpful.
