Can someone please help me pay for next month subscription am not sure I can meet up with the money

According to your previous blog post yesterday, you have 5 referrals who have upgraded to premium/premium plus. The commission from that should be enough to cover your subscription.
Ok, so that would have been the commission from their first month of upgrading. You should now receive a recurring commission, assuming they are continuing their membership.
Or are you saying that all 5 of them canceled their membership after only one month? That would be quite unusual. Have you been helping them, answering their questions, and showing them the benefits of the platform?
And what about the other 140 starter referrals that you have? Why are you not communicating with them? You haven't even sent them a welcome message on their profile page. Do you not even want to know why not one of them has actually built their website?
It's your responsibility to look after your referrals. You are their coach/mentor.

I stayed on WA for five months and paid for the first and second month, I didn't pay for the third month but I paid for the fourth and fifth month which is this month. And gave
I believe it's 3 months in a row.
But understand, the whole purpose of Site Comments is to get engagement for your content. When you publish a new post, dive in and request comments for it. You'll have credits available to make this request by leaving some quality comments along the way.
But it's not meant to be your focus or to be a substantial money earner. It's incentivized so that there are people ready to give comments on your content, which is exactly what it works great for. :)
it is not a one shot, you have to keep going and get the required amount of comment approved each month...
and even then you may not get 'paid' for them...
if there are not enough sites requesting then there is no money in the pot and you will get a community credit for every two approved comments...
i definitely would not count on this method to get you any fees...

The better approach is to do your first website well and make a lot from it. That means you understand how to do this and can repeat what you did to make your first one successful.
You can not make predictions like this in business
Stick to one website and one niche if you try and build five websites you will become overwhelmed and will be more likely to fail
