I us the WA email for emails with top level domains. Why are they landing in spam all of the time?
Is this outgoing email that you are sending, or receiving? You can reach out to SiteSupport if you are having email issues and they can have a look for you.
Have you done that yet Steven? Drop me a private message if the problem persists as well and I can escalate as well. ;)

All my emails from the addresses used in WA emails fall into spam. Any others experiencing this?

Are you having problems with sending emails or do you want to know if you can set someone else up with an email address from a website hosted here?
My email has not been working over 4 days. Wanted to know if anyone else has the same problem

What email service do you use, we all have a preferred emailer. I have 2, I use MailPoet on one site and Icegram on another. They have both been working fine.
Have you talked to the mailer site support or put in a ticket with our site support?

You could try setting up in gmail. Try this: Add domain specific email address to gmail and confirm Hope this helps
Have you tried setting the email address in Outlook or Gmail, Apple Mail if you have an apple product?

No spam. The response from the numerous tickets is we are having a network issue. This is my busiest time as a tax person and I depend on my emails.

You can also inform Carson of your issue so they can check your site support tickets. However, they're now in Vegas for the annual conference, so responding may be delayed.

Hi - I still cannot send any emails from any email account I have with WA. I've message Kyle and Carson. It seems like an account issue with my account. Support is not responding anymore. What should I do?
Now, this is costing me money.

The co-founders are in Vegas for the annual conference. I am aware that isn't a response that doesn't address your situation; try to review the settings and see how else you can resolve it.
Ask site support if they can escalate it to an admin.
What settings?? I don't have it going to outlook or nothing like that I am using WA platform.

That's dependent on whether you have it as a webmail or forward. If forward, you need to check your quota. But sending/receiving is a different scenario.
You can check your settings is intact.

Have you placed a ticket with site support. They may be able to shed some light on the issue you're having.
I know one of the companies I host a site on sends me a notification if my inbox is reaching critical mass.
Somewhere in your email client you should be able to see how many emails you have.
Hope this is of some assistance
