Hi Louise I had asked a similar question privately but with answer that Diane has provided I now understand what the rational for (non) payment is.
I understand this, but my balance is still at zero so I just wondered if I missed something. Thanks for the reply! X
Hi - it depends on the economics of the platform. If members are not paying for comments, then certified commenters don't get paid. Other people have reported the same lack of payment. It should only ever be viewed as an opportunity to earn income not a guarantee.
Hiya, ok that makes sense thank you. :) It didn’t say that anywhere, just that once you get verified you get the chance to earn cash credits, so thought I’d missed something as I’ve been working lots on comments for my own sites too! I know it’s not a guaranteed revenue and it would take a very long time to earn anything worth while, but maybe this needs to be set out somewhere so everyone understands, as I couldn’t find any info anywhere. Many thanks for your reply! x

Hi there,
So I have been wondering lately, if I enter a phrase on jaaxy and nothing comes up relating specifically to that phrase, does that mean there is no competition for
Hi, you can use below metrics
Look for searches (avg.) above 30 and competition (qsr. ) lower than 100, the lower the qsr the better.
https://my.jaaxy.com/search/keywords Understanding the Low Hanging Fruit
Thanks very much. :) it gets kind of confusing as I chose a search phrase that had apparently 0 qsr last week but over 30 searches, and my understanding was that it would have no competition hence the 0. However when I googled the phrase lots of other pages came up before mine so obviously it did have a qsr! 🙈 lol. Also some of my blogs aren’t just to get ranked on google but just because I like to write blogs relevant to my site :D So does this actually matter if the search phrase doesn’t come up if it’s not part of my affiliate stuff? X
All I can say is look for the low hanging fruit keywords in JAAXY. If your QRS is lower than 100, then it would be good. All the best!
Thanks! I have been doing this but to be fair I don’t normally check their ranking after indexing as am not too good with that still 🙈 haha. It was just in regards to posts that I have titles for but they don’t show up in jaaxy. I don’t want to really make my site just for sales and want it to keep some entertainment value other than just selling stuff, hence I don’t really mind if some posts don’t rank, but just wanted to clarify! Sorry if that is put in a confusing way, I confuse myself sometimes lol! :)
have you tried putting that phrase in google and seeing what is returned - look at the questions also asked at the top and the related searches at the bottom for more ideas if it is not directly searched for ....
you also get to see who is ranknig for responses to that keyword as well and have a look at the content type they are creating...this is what google wants....
but if it doesn't come up directly in jaaxy then the chances are that it is not in the google database...so no one is looking for that keyword directly.
good luck
phil
I never thought of just doing it that way I guess I lean on jaaxy too much! Lol. Thanks for that I will give it a try today! :)
best keyword tool is between your ears ...
especially if you know your niche...
everybody else is relying on keyword tools...
so everybody else is using the same keywords....
check the keywords you think of and come up with as you peruse who is at the top or you think 'i can do better than this'
but jaaxy is only a tool
your site is a reflection of what help you want to give your niche....
Hi LouiseGuilf2,
highly unlikely but not impossible you won't find something when you type a keyword or phrase into jaaxy. Except in words or phrases that are very rare indeed.
If it is Ok could you share what the word or phrase is so that I may check it out and give you feedback?
Best wishes.
Dan
Thanks Dan, feigner has cleared it up for me now and just suggested I search the phrase directly on google which I will be doing today! It really never crossed my mind as I’ve got quite used to using jaaxy it seems! Lol. Thanks for your help. :)
I think you answered your anwer yourself Loise. The phrase you put in are not something people search for most likely. But it does not mean it cannot be searched for at a later time. You can see on the traffic how many searches a month and the QSR your competition. I would choose a searchable keyword/phrase.
Ok thanks Hilde :) my main issue was that I still want to create posts relevant to my site just purely for entertainment and not just to get ranked as I like to share this content with my social media to keep it from being purely sales based. Then just got confused if it mattered or not if the search phrase didn’t come up in jaaxy, if you know what I mean. :D
