Overlap in WP Dashboard Menu Problem

I experimented installing and activating the foreign language translation plugin called "Google Website Translator" by Prisna which is said to be compatible with my version of Wordpress. I installed and activated it on my site minihovercraftforsale.com (I thought I would try it on this small site just in case there was a problem).
The plugin worked fine, but I noticed that it had affected my WP Dashboard menu, so that menu sub headings in, for example, "Pages", "Add New" and "All Pages" were superimposed over each other. It does the same thing with other menus' sub headings, making the dashboard difficult and unpleasant to use.
To try and solve the problem, I deactivated and deleted the plugin, but the problem remained and it affects the Dashboard menus of all my websites and not just that of minihovercraftforsale.com.
I now suspect that It may not be due to the plugin, but a WP issue which I hadn't noticed before.
I have read the post "Overlap in WP dashboard menu?" by LelandBest, so apparently, I am not alone.

I cleared my cache as advised but the problem persisted.
This is where it became interesting, I decided to access my site, from my spare laptop, rather than from the laptop I had used to install the translation plugin and I discovered that the problem was the same, on whichever laptop I used. I would not consider myself a techie, but by my reasoning, if I experience the same problem on both laptops, clearing the cache can't be the answer.
Apparently, I am not alone as others are currently having the same problem.
So, to the good news. WA Support have advised me that "This is a temporary issue and will be resolved soon. You can ignore this as no harm will be caused to your site and it's functionality."
So to anyone else with the same problem, we can breath easy and just be patient.
All the best,
Brandon
P.S. I have just updated, (20 September 2015), to WordPress 4.3.1 and that seems to have solved the problem...
