This will not be suitable for all websites but it fits on my tutorial website perfectly.

I found this terrific plugin called

Category Subcategory List Widget

My new category widget :)

You can make subcategories and add icons to the category!

You can resize any picture in MSpaint.

The icons need to be 32 x 32 px

Search through 905,589 icons or browse 18,144 icon sets on https://www.iconfinder.com/
