I have been asked to write a review for the RD hover effect plugin.

These impressive hover effects are all created by using CSS3, no Java scripts!

The pictures need to have a size of 300px X 200px
and need to be square for the circles.
Hover over the image and the text appears

I had some problems adding the plugin, within a day this was solved by the supportteam of RD hover effects.
