By checking Google Search Console I realized that I am getting uncountable "internal links" that I didn't create.

Sounds like this is either a sidebar/footer link, or header image, or theme image. Since your site is linking to itself through these images and internal links, they'll be listed.
I'm not sure if this is normal or not - I've never noticed it in my own sites, so perhaps it's a coding issue with this theme, or maybe you have so few other internal links that these theme links are showing up.
If they contain your domain's URL, then it shouldn't be an issue, but you may want to investigate how old the theme is (when it's last been updated).
Hi Sibylle,
As long as these links are referencing your domain, they are all come from within the site - this can be images, icons, etc. You can check the urls - if they contain your domain's url, that should be fine. Else, please reach site-support and give them the url and request them to check the source of these links.

Thanks for your help Joe! I appreciate it. The links contain my domain's url. So this should be ok then.

Were they able to create user accounts to leave comments? Some settings allow people to leave comments as "pre approved" commenters if you previously approved one of their comments.
You can also try a secondary spam plugin anti-spam to see if that fixes the issue.
