Hey guys and gals
I have been prompted by the fantastic learning course here at WA to write another blog post and update you good people on my progress so far.. so here it is...
I have learned SO much
Thanks to the amazing tools here, I have surpassed all expectations that I had when I signed up for premium membership a few weeks ago. My website is fully functioning, my blog posts are indexed on pages 2 or 3 in Google (yes, I went incognito to check), and I have a small number of organic visitors to the site thanks to this. Heck, I've even written a few bits of beginner code to fix issues on my site!
I am thrilled at what I have learned and how far things have come in such a short space of time.
I am committed

My motivation is partly financial, and I suppose most members of WA would say the same. Although it has cost me very little investment financially so far, nonetheless, I have parted with some cash and I want to see a return on that.
Having said this, I do not want for money, but I long for a change of lifestyle. My current job is stressful and involves a lot of business travel - I want to work at a different pace, a pace that I dictate. This is my main motivator.
I have spent pretty much every spare waking hour working on my content and tweaking the appearance of my site and will continue to do that for as long as it takes.
I am looking forward
I am very positive about this opportunity and believe that I can make a success of this, but am not naive to think that hard work won't be required. I look forward to learning as much as I can about affiliate marketing and my niche, so I can become a true authority online.
I already have a second site in draft and am working on populating that within siterubix before buying a domain and putting it out there for the good folks of WA to scrutinise. It is pretty exciting for me. It's not as evergreen as my existing project, but has the potential for higher revenues.
So, that's it, in a nutshell. I'm having a ball and can't wait to see what is around the corner on this journey.
Thanks for reading!
