there will be people here who will crush this for you, I have no doubt.
I am no coder, but I would fancy my chances of doing this armed with coffee and a spare couple of hours which I don't have today- so I am sure that you will get sorted. Put a shout out on Tuesday would be my suggestion.
Given that angling is just about the most popular participation sport in the world, there might even be a plug in for this kinda thing?
Good luck, Andy
You'll have better luck finding help with this after the weekend-not as many people around on the weekend to assist, I've found. Sorry, I'm not technically proficient enough yet to help you with this.

Hello,
When I enter my domain ip address into my address bar ( Domain: outcrappiefishing.com; Domain ip: 54.225.160.46 ) I get an error message like the one below.

Hello M W Mihalicz, I originally needed to upload file to my domain for my website. I was using the IP as the host entry part of the signin to FileZilla. In the process I ran into the error message situation with the IP address. So now I am attempting to investigate the domain setup problem. Good
I see, I have used filezilla for two of my websites and all I use is the FQDN. In your case outcrappiefishing.com. Using that should get you access by resolving to the IP for you.
In other words for host: outcrappiefishing.com and your username: ftp_idcode and the password. port 22.
Many hosting systems will use dynamic IPs so you never really know what IP your domain resolves to. Also for security reasons actual raw IP access will be denied if set up that way.
I hope this helps..
Hey M W Mihalicz, Not very versed in FileZilla use. Just downloaded it two days ago. I'll try the training that DoubleTap suggested:https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/ftp-filezilla-connecting-to-domain-via-ftp.
Good for you. That's all you should need is some training. I don't really think you have a technical problem just a know how problem : )
Don't make it out to be hard. All it is is a file structure of folders with files. Just don't delete anything unless you are sure.
Happy FTPing
Hey M W Mihalicz, haven't been able to logon to FileZilla. Keep getting an error message:
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NODATA - No address associated with nodename".
Error: Could not connect to server
But then when I hit quick connect, It acts like it wants to connect but then;
Response: 200 PORT command successful
Command: MLSD
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
Status: Resolving address of outcrappiefishing.com
Status: Connecting to 54.225.160.46:200...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
Then when I try to connect thru Site manager, it tells me FileZilla is already connected to a server.
I'm lost.
I filled out a support ticket. How, and when do they connact you? Are they WA support team?
I believe it is WA's own support. I understand they are pretty quick to respond. Did you put anything in for port? It should be left blank and should default to 21 which is correct. Are you behind some kind of firewall? If traffic for ftp is blocked then you would get that timeout.
By the way, if you're hosting here at W.A. you need to download FileZilla http://goo.gl/XDFXSF and use it to access your cpanel.
Thank you for your response. I downloaded FileZilla two days ago, and at this point haven't figured out how to maneuver within it yet. Do you have suggestions on FileZilla training or instructions(has to be step-by-step)? Thanks!
Sure, here's the training that I used... Craig is really good at ll of this...

Lionel, the last time this happened to me, I was switching my hosting from GoDaddy over to W.A. and I had messed up redirecting the nameserver over to W.A. Worse comes to worse, just put in a support ticket and the guys in support will take care of ya'... they see this all the time!
OK Double Tap, Glad to here from you. I love this community. So responsive and helpful. Now, what is the suppot ticket and how do I use it?
Hey there Lionel, just click on "Build My Website" and then on the tab to the right "Support Tickets". Like I said, they got me up and running pretty quickly! Let me know if I can help at all!!!
Thanks SQUIRREL, What is the suppot ticket and how do I use it? I've been here since the begining of Feb. but never heard of a support ticket. Learn something everyday.
Lionel, once you get to the support ticket page, just click in the dialog box and it will guide ya' through the process of leaving them a message!
