Breathing is good. When I was a smoker, I had a lot of trouble breathing. I'm so glad I was able to quit 16 years ago. Have a great day.

Yes. My breathing is sooo much better now. I don't wake up gasping for air! There are times I still think about and dream about smoking but I am so glad I quit!

It's amazing how many of us take breathing for granted. I have read on certain breathing techniques and their benefits in more detail many years ago. I try to be as much conscious about it as possible. Just breathing with nose vs mouth (believe me people do that lol) has so many benefits including shape of our face and quality of sleep:).
