Thanks to the awesome help and support from the WA community, I am now way ahead in my pursuit towards my online business. Especially the live training classes by Jay. I got my
So I decided to host with WA and uploaded my premium theme (from themeforest) . I was trying to instal my theme demo, but couldn't do it coz of some limits on WA hosting. I submitted a support ticket but was informed that no such tweaks to the limits could be made.
They mentioned that I might be able to upload it via FTP, but I am new to FTP. Got filezilla installed, but still trying to figure out which theme file to upload and where and how to upload it.
I expected the WA support to handle things a lil better for me. Now I am kinda skeptic about continuing my hosting on WA hosting service as it doesn't meet my requirements.
Since I am literally stuck as i cant build my website despite all the investments made, I would really appreciate if someone could give me the right directions (even if it means moving to a better hosting service)
Please find attached screenshots for more info.
This could help: Some Much Need Perspective on WA Hosting (and Comparisons) It's not entirely unlimited. At WA, you can build 25 owned domain websites and sub domains with those, plus you can have up to 25 free Siterubix sub domain.
The file upload limits are standard for WordPress. If you need more, you can upload higher limits using FTP.
If there is a payment issue, simply send a private message to Kyle or Carson. Your website will continue to be hosted for 30 days after any non-payment. If you have special circumstances, ask Kyle or Carson - they are known to be as accommodating as possible. .
I've used many different hosting services over the years and can tell you that WA Hosting give awesome support.
There are a few plugins that are not allowed or not recommended - only a handful of the 36,000 or so plugins in the WP/org directory such as JetPack, which can slow down loading speed. It is usually because they require too many external connections, have security issues or they duplicate what the hosting service already provides.

First, I'd like to clarify the unlimited hosting you mentioned. There is a limit. You can have 25 SiteRubix (subdomains) and 25 domain names which you registered with a registrar.
If something goes wrong with your credit card then you have 30 days to restore your payment. Nothing happens to your website during those 30 days. If you feel you can't make the 30 day grace period then back up your sites to your hard drive (FTP) or transfer them to another host.
As far as the technical stuff like bandwidth speed, disk storage, and other specifications I recommend asking tech support for specifics.
I have been running websites since 2004. I have tried many hosts. Since I operate multiple websites then my premium subscription to WA is the most cost effective I have found for a professional looking website.
I still host outside of WA however my monetized sites are on WA. This allows me to keep my out of pocket expenses low. I'm running a business. The less I pay to others for services is more money in my pocket.
I have 5 sites hosted at WA. I moved my first site last February to WA. There have been no technical problems to date. The array of plug ins available allows me to add any function I need with no concern over page load speed. All my pages are fast because of a plug in I use.
Tech support is very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. In addition, I have access to Kyle and Carson any time I want via Private Message (PM). Support is better here than any other host I have used.
The WA community is extremely helpful when you get stuck or run into a problem. They are a great resource because members are mostly operating here at WA. Answers can be more specific to this platform based upon experience.
Hosting to me at WA is a no brainer.
Thanks Mike, for clearing out the confusions. I am sure it could never go wrong when experienced members like you have had a great experience with WA hosting. I am gonna give it a try. was just a little nervous as it is my first website. Please wish me good luck. Lol.
This is great to see, perfect example of WA members helping each other, impressive. And your number of sites is equally impressive.
