My Progress With Lordy Not Forty - Anti-Aging & Beauty Blog
Today I am finishing Level 2 Training here at WA and would like to share some progress and difficulties I've faced thus far.
In the past, I attempted to start lordynotforty anti-aging & beauty blog on Word Press and found starting a blog from scratch, with no experience, knowledge and guidance is extremely difficult. Everyday I spent hours researching "how to's" according to several top gurus, only to spin my wheels and get no where. Thankfully, I found WA and their easy to follow training shortly after my first failed website attempt.
Progress With Wealthy Affiliates TrainingI absolutely love WA and how easy they make each step of making your website.
With their great teachings I've not only been able to get my website up and running in a very short amount of time but also learn how to find "low hanging fruit" keywords and create content based off those results.
Difficulties With My Blog
The main issues I've had is the amount of time articles are taking me to complete and navigating WP to add images to posts uploaded before having any. I am looking forward to beautifying my blog because I feel it is rather basic and very plain at this point.

Congratulations on completing level 2 training! You're are in the same spot that I'm in. I also have trouble with content taking too long to research and write. I hope I can improve this going forward and I wish you great luck! Keep improving and training. Success is attainable!
Thank you Scott! I have to write everything out and then edit or I second guess my wording a million and one times. Congrats on getting through level2 thus far and I'm sure it will get easier for us...eventually.
Congratulations on completing level 2 of the training. Writing articles takes time and research usually takes even longer. When I first started I wrote a few articles and then started to find images and added them to my posts later.
Once I got the feel of things I then started to add images as I edited each post before publishing. Focus on your writing for now and add images later once you have got the feel of things.
If you are having trouble finding images to use try Pexels and Wikimedia Commons. I mainly use those two websites to get images for my articles. This is covered in more detail in the training.

Congrats on completing level 2 Leslie and yes it can take time with images, and other research I wouldn't worry too much about beautifying your blog what is needed is to answer what people are asking for relating to your niche.
Those interested in what you have to share will read your posts those just looking for a pretty site will like it but leave they are not the ones to worry about.
First, build your traffic by creating content for the benefit of your readers, and once done you can always do some bells and whistles later but not too much.
You will soon find that research takes around 80% of your time the other 20 odd will be on writing and editing your posts.

I'd say take as much time as necessary and as long as you are producing impeccable succinct content answering your visitors inquiries, let it be. You will find you will pick up speed with practice. However never ever compromise on quality. It punches, it delivers every time. Posts are given enough justice, you covered your topics well.

Thanks Abbie. I've noticed each article is getting a little bit easier and more timely. I completely agree with everyone about focusing more on content than beautifying right now. I definitely am not spending as much time of images but I do want my articles to look descent also.
