I'm wondering if you can help me decide here :)

So, I have two WordPress websites outside of WA hosted with Siteground and I'm wondering if it would be a better idea to

Whatever you do, do not migrate both at the same time. Move one and see how it compares with the other site at the other hosting. Not everything is perfect here.

Thanks for the advice, I'll bear that in mind.

There are some great pros and cons you have mentioned. with the lack of control if you are coding on your website that may be an issue.

However, I doubt you would have an issue with the two different themes

Yes you can do a standard migration and keep everything as it
All the Wa functionality would apply as you are a Premium member so should be no issues there.

If you left WA once you cancel your membership you generally have 30 days to migrant your websites elsewhere where once again you would be looking at hosting costs.

My website came from Namecheap and migrated them to WA not long after I joined and never had any issues.

As for the comment that should not be an issue either.

Don;'t forget you have much more features WA has to offer it's premium members.

Click on your profile image then when the new window pops up click included with premium. Scroll down and you will find the added features available to all who have their websites hosted here.

Hope that helps

That's extremely helpful, thank you so much!

I'm only doing very basic coding (copy and paste to a plugin) so that won't be a problem.

All sounds good then...

Best,
- Les

You are welcome enjoy the weekend coming up
