Keeping an eye firmly fixed on the target - while helping others
It's high time I did another blog post and documented where I'm at with WA, so here we go.
The first thing to mention is that I come from having a successful online digital marketing agency that makes me a full-time income - all good.
I've done affiliate marketing before and was a member of WA quite a few years ago, but my efforts took me on a different path - a solo ads business and becoming a qualified inbound marketer and copywriter.
I came back to affiliate marketing and WA and created my current business for three reasons:
- To help people by passing on what I've learned.
- To build a more "passive" income stream (again).
- To build my income even further (no shame in making money, right?).
So, a lot of the stuff I'm covering in WA I had a handle on already, but the training is really excellent.
I'm coming to the end of level 2. The thing is I'm pretty busy with my agency, so I can only spend time on the training when time permits, but it's a marathon and not a sprint, so again - all good.
My achievements and success so far:
- Decided on niche and lead affiliate product (it was WA at the start, but I've changed it now)
- Website up and running
- 10 SEO'd posts with comments up
- Making good connections and personally mentoring one person (success)
- About to launch a YouTube channel specifically for this business
And more...
BTW, I've transferred my agency (WordPress) site to WA and it seems to be working quite well.
Plans for the future?
More posts (obviously), get traction for my YouTube channel, maybe some paid advertising.
I'll also be building a team to promote the product I've chosen to lead my business with = passive income for us all :)
That's about it for now, have a good one all.
