To all Newcomers to WA: Don't do what I did!
Oh, I wish, I wish I had just followed the Online Certification Training and Affiliate Bootcamp Training step-by-step from Day 1.
I wish I had gone Premium the moment I finished Level 1.
Instead...I muddled along for a couple of months on my own, building a couple of free Siterubix sites...
And once I went Premium I carried on muddling along, just finding particular tutorials to assist me as and when I needed help, but with no coherent step-by-step strategy.
And I missed SOOOO much! Crucial stuff. And I'm absolutely sure I would have earned some affiliate commission by now if I'd stuck with the program. To the letter.
Anyway... enough beating myself up.
What's done is done. Can't turn back the clock. And I'm a firm believer that everything happens as it should, in it's own time.
Still, wanted to shoot this post out quickly as a warning:
Please learn from my mistakes.
I did. It took me a while but I finally got the lesson.
I'm been moving forward with the Training. Am halfway through Online Certification Training Level 4 and just finished Affiliate Bootcamp Phase 1.
EXCITED to have finally published my very first Wealthy Affiliate Review. Still need to spruce it up a bit with some images, pins etc. Will call for comments soon.
So here's my advice to anyone just starting out here:
Follow the Training. Step-by-step. In order. Complete each Task. Act Now. Go for it! Do it Now.
To YOUR Success,

I am in the same boat Lauren. I stalled out on the lessons and need to get back to it. You are right on.
Eeek... me too! Have gone back through and am on stage 4 with both at the moment. Good luck to those who rattled through it all! I feel really bad skipping through stuff, Sue :(
Thanks for the advice. I went premium months ago, but did a bit of muddling myself. Just getting back in for the long haul.
Good luck to you!
And even when you finish the both courses, at least every six months do a refresher training all over again.
Get involve in Jay's Fridays training, and at lease once a week listen to his past training on areas that you need help with your business.
Just thought I may add my 2 cents in to your post. I also made the same mistakes you did. Hope all newcomers get their eyes on this post, thanks.
Ha ha, you don't sound like a Lazyblogger at all, Bishop! Great advice, thanks. I haven't done Jay's training yet. Adding that to my to-do-list now.
So true, sometimes we misjudge the importance of why we came here iin the first place, "to het the right training".
I posted about errors made by not adhering to or seeking training recently Lauren! Something to always watch for!

Oh my dear, you missed out on a lot!
You are so right, Loes. Realising that now.
