My First Amazon Sale!
What do you know!
My first advertising month and my first Amazon sale!
I just received this rather odd email and was puzzled:
Huh? Why is my Affiliate account being approved again? A glitch in the system... ?
I was about to dismiss the mail.
Then I twigged! Oh! I must have got my first sale!!
Sure enough! I logged into Amazon Affiliate program and found this happy news:
Yay!!
And after a bit more research this:
The product sold is one I recommend, incidentally not on the site I'm focusing on at the moment (Inspiring Mompreneurs) but on my other site (Happy Human Pacifier).
The sale must have come from a page where I compare 2 products, the Lact-Aid and Medela SNS as help for Moms who are inducing lactation (to nurse an adopted chold for example). Kind of a review page. I wrote this post 10 months ago (Sep 2016).
I'd love to know whats working for me... I'm guessing its Pinterest because one of the favourite pins I ever created was for this post.
$2.52... it's not a LOT and it took aaaaaages, but it's a START.

Congratulations!!! It's a great feeling isn't it when you get your very first sale especially on Amazon. I had gotten my very first one earlier this year, then my second one came in March and now my third happened recently in July! You're only going to build momentum from here on out! :)
