My Progress
Well...I have to say this has already panned out to be quite a journey and I haven't really gotten that far. (or maybe I have. I'm not sure) The process of putting my website together has been fun, exciting, challenging and at times very frustrating! But most of all is truly has been rewarding.
I don't have a quiet place to retreat to in order to work on my website. Nope. I have kids everywhere and our living space is very small. So while I'm working on my website I have either Barney or Sponge Bob right in my face and children of all ages asking for this or needing that. I literally have babies hanging off of me while I work. They are either on my lap or laying next to me with their feet in my face. I'm not joking. So if I can do this, anyone can!
The feedback and help I have received from my new WA family has been absolutely incredible. I really am in awe of the kindness and willingness to help from the people here. I really do feel part of something special and find it a true privilege to be apart of this community.
Of course I'm not progessing as quickly as I would like but I am progessing and if I am able to get just one thing acomplished per day no matter how big or how small, or if it's for my website or help for someone else's website, I consider it progress. I would be lost without the help I have received from other members and you just can't help but to want to pay it forward.
If you are struggling, keep pressing on. Ask many questions no matter how stupid you may think they sound. It doesn't matter. If you don't ask, you can't move on and I guarantee you are not the first to ask that same question.
I hope this helps to encourage anyone out there who might already feel like throwing in the towel. Hang in there! I've had my towel moments too! Your website and knowledge will come along. If I can create a website about romantic massage with edible oils while listening to Sponge Bob, you can certainly do it too!

Hi Lacey! Didn't get a chance to read much of the site, but it looks beautiful with the soft autumn colors and layout. I will definitely go read some of it later. Call me an old fart, but I think children come first. Those babies need you. And the fact that you are still progressing on your site tells me what a wonderful and intelligent woman you truly are. You can move forward slowly. Just keep moving. I worked at home while mine were growing up, too. I have half the number you had, but it was challenging at times. When they got older, I put 'em to work, too. You are doing just fine, m'dear!

Thank you so much. I still feel very behind. It is a struggle. Hanging by a thread right now but my support group at home is pushing me to continue. We will see... Glad we are connected, Barry. Ty.
