The members here inside WA that have been following along with my journey are probably wondering what the heck has happened to Labby.
Well, I've been busy building a Woodworking Shop.
In the intrest of time, we decided that we would job out this task. I certainly have the skills to build a shop on the foundation that I made but I am only one person. I could not have completed a building of this size in a reasonable amount of time.
So, we ordered a shed from a pre-fab place and they brought it out and set it up on the foundation. It took them 3 workdays to complete. It would have taken me 2 months working 12 hour days to do the same thing.

As I'm creating this brick and mortar business, I'm comparing it to an online business. Of course, my initial cash outlay is much more significant. I could finance 100,000 clicks with Google adwords for a portion of what we are investing in this building. I am using the online skills that I have to help to promote the business (when we are at the point where this makes sense). But mostly, I'm just pursueing my passion for working with wood. I've found my niche.
In this case, with my building, I can correlate it to Wealthy Affiliate itself. My shop will be a place to house my tools and create. Wealthy Affilliate provides the tools for you and a safe place to create your online empire.

I think the niche online could be self-supporting. We will be offline as well.

I'm waiting for the rain to stop. Once it does, I'll be pulling wire to the building through my 150-foot ditch in the yard. If I can get this done and inspected this week I'll be a happy camper. Oh, and get the trench filled and seeded.

There are niches everywhere you look, I just happen to have a passion for wood. It's hard to build wood projects online but, there's no reason the products can't be promoted online.
I'm so happy for you :) Finding your niche is one thing, but being able to actually delve into it and create products of your own is the ultimate!! I know this is going to be huge for you. May success keep coming your way :)
