What email ads are you inquiring about adding to your list?
Are you meaning you want to add Adsense ads to your posts: Applying for Adsense and Where to Paste the Code OR
Are you looking to start an email list: How to Create Your List for Free The more information you can provide when asking a question, the easier it is to help you. So far, all I have done is guess at what you might want help with.

I'd recommend you follow this training: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/creating-links If you need to check anything on your site, always use an Incognito Tab in Chrome, so that you "see" what your visitors are seeing. :) Rich.

can i use either content professor or wp-simplicity for articles

how do i use a link when i put it in i cannot get it to go blue to show up so someone can click it also can i get into c-panel to get an e-mail address for my website

Posting to blog or website click the button at top that looks like a chain link- high lite the url or text where you want it to go before you click the chain link
