I have a love and hate relationship with AI. I appreciate the time you save on gathering the data you need but I really don't like that patterns it creates as it is not "genuine".
I use it for my newsletters, so I create customGPTs that act as a contributor.
It provides all the content I need and then I go and edit the information to make it sound like me.
There are other customGPTs that I have created where I create them to have a persona. Like the demographic information of them as well as what they would read and whom inspires them and what kind of values they have. And this allows pretty tailored responses.
I've also create assistants within openAI and have incorporated it into a bot. Which is a standalone or can be added to a website.
Just remember to give your AI generated content a human touch. Please please please!
I think we all share that same love hate relationship with AI, sometimes it comes up with the most brilliant stuff, and sometimes it feels like it isn't listening to us. If we look back to GPT 3.5, it has made some massive improvements though and it will continue to evolve.
Cool to hear about your use of CustomGPT's.
Friends, I created my tools using the ChatGPT free version. I described what I needed in this tool and told AI to give the code. I got the code, HTML, CSS, and JS in reply. Then, I tested them in Codepen.io. While testing, it had some errors.
In the same session, after chatting with ChatGPT multiple times and spending nearly 6 to 7 hours, I was able to publish 4 tools.
I hope these tools bring me more traffic.
I am happy to tell you that one of these tools helps promote Wealthy Affiliate, and any WA member can use it to customize their landing page.
I used a WordPress plugin WP Coder v-3.5.1
Logos and Featured Images are created with AI tools.
Here I am sharing some images and one prompt screenshot.
I have created this on my subdomain site.

Hi Haren very interesting concept you have there with the new tools.
I wish you well in getting them to work ou the way you like.
May need to go deeper with this for myself.
Thank you as well
Andre
Thank you if I get stuck I wll let you know.
There are lots of wonderful methods many are sharing it may take time to test them all out.
Enjoy the rest of your day and week ahead.
Andre
@HarenJoshi
That's impressive! It’s great to see how you’ve leveraged ChatGPT and other AI tools to create such useful resources.
The fact that you spent time fine-tuning the code and testing it shows your dedication, and I’m sure these tools will be really helpful for Wealthy Affiliate members.
Best of luck with the traffic growth—it's inspiring to see how AI can support innovation!
Keep up the great work!
DESIGN HACK
OK, here is my hack and something that I think will benefit everyone here. If you have a GPT plus account, you can upload images and then ask for feedback on them. Many people use it to pull "text" out of an image, but I have that AI can give you very useful (and constructive feedback on user design.
Here is my prompt:
"Based on the following attached image of the back office of Wealthy Affiliate, what are some design recommendations that you would recommend."
Then I attached an image of the back office of WA. This immediately brought back 12 potential ways in which I could improve WA., many of them excellent suggestions. The thing is you don't have to use all of the AI ideas that are brought forth, but they can immediately bring you new perspective...things that you may have never come up with.
ChatGPT RESPONSE: Based on the attached image of the Wealthy Affiliate back office, here are some design recommendations to enhance usability and user experience:
1. Simplify the Sidebar Navigation
Current State: The sidebar has multiple elements (Niche Finder, Top 10 Blogs, Hot Topics, etc.), but they are all visually similar.
Recommendation: Group related elements into collapsible categories (e.g., "Research Tools," "Community Insights") to declutter the view and improve accessibility.
2. Highlight New and Relevant Features
Current State: Important features like "Niche Finder AI" and "Top 10 Blogs" are listed without much emphasis.
Recommendation: Use color highlights or badges (e.g., “New,” “Popular”) to draw attention to key or recently updated features.
3. Optimize Live Chat Layout
Current State: The live chat section feels cramped, especially with multiple replies in a thread.
Recommendation: Expand the live chat area or make it a toggleable panel to provide more room for real-time discussions.
4. Add Personalization to the Dashboard
Current State: The dashboard feels general, without any unique user customization.
Recommendation: Allow users to rearrange or pin favorite modules (e.g., "New Blogs," "Expert Video Shorts") based on their preferences.
...etc.
Trying to Win Your Own Contest is almost like insider trading! lol
May I request a recount??? j/k
Have a Good one!
Michael
Yeah, it works well. Generally speaking, you can leverage images and utilize AI on them.
There are many applications for this, and I even sometimes use it on my kids homework (take a picture, ask for feedback...I know, we are living in a cyborg world now lol).
Haha, don't worry I never get to win and yes, we allow for a recount, but it requires a vote, and that vote can also have a recount. You see where this is going, recursive recounts!
I will be sure to send the request in triplicate to the home office requesting a recount via snail mail, thus ensuring it does not reach the office in time to matter anyway.
We are learning many things from, now we getting very good insight on how to use AI tools...
I like your post very much. Thank you Sir.
Yes, we are. I use it in MANY ways throughout the day, every day. I have lots to share within the AI prompt and idea space, and you are going to see a lot about this in the New Year. :)
And yes, some incredible ideas being shared here, as a community we can really help advance each others AI skill sets...and fast!
Thank you sir, but I expected comment and like on my submission also. As a return gift.
..😏🤑
I use the paid version of chat GPT.
I find it extremely useful for punctuating a YouTube transcript and removing the ums and ars, etc. I can then go on to ask chat GPT to create a YouTube description for me. This is quite a timesaver.
Have a great day.
Roy
That is great to hear Roy glad you are finding it useful for the YouTube transcript. Way to go
Yeah, that is a great approach Roy! It is very useful for removing that, and platforms like Wistia use AI to automatically remove those from the transcripts.
I am surprised that Youtube doesn't offer that as a built in a feature yet, we might see them evolving the "transcript" portion of their UX allowing for things like summaries as well.
Yes, AI is definitely good for things like that and for brainstorming, Andre.
I hope that you are doing well down under as you go into your summer and we enter into winter!
All the best.
Roy
That's quite warm already, then, Andre. I don't know what type of heat you have in Australia. I don't know if it's a pleasant heat or humid, but 34° C is quite warm, either way.
I have a neighbour who is Australian; she is leaving for Australia for 3 months very soon; it sounds like a great idea to escape the British winter!
I will often have a webcam on one of my monitors showing sunny Thessaloniki in Greece. It definitely brightens up the English grey weather at this time of year, despite it not being hot there at this time of year!
I hope your Sunday is going well.
All the best.
Roy
Fortunately it's not humid today so a nice warm day but still best to stay cool inside
We are coming towards the end of spring and summer is just around the corner that is when it gets hot not warm mostly around Xmas into January then when it's hot from 38 to 45 C
Yes Monday today is 36; on Tuesday will be 37 followed by rain and thunderstorms for the rest of the week.
That's good, Andre, it's good to be comfortable.
For an Englishman, it's hard to imagine hot sunshine at Christmas, but I quite like the idea of it. However, the temperatures that you are talking about are too much and uncomfortable.
Have a fantastic week.
Roy
My 2 best AI tools are for video.
One is invideo which makes it super easy to do videos for any social site. And you can make them longer or shorter depending on the message you want to convey. You can also use your own content and voice.
And the other is Creatify. A great wee tool for short sales video which I am using for TikTok, but can be used for all social media as well. And it makes it from an Amazon link, so you link automatically back to your Amazon page…
They are my faves..
Steve
Great to hear you can adjust the length especially useful for the social media side of things.
That is great, there are some really awesome AI "video tools" popping up. Another good one is Caption, it is an app that you can use to create personal videos that emulate your facial expressions, and voice. Deep fakes, but of yourself.
At first when AI came on to the scene, I used ChatGPT, but since I found Perplexity I tend to use that a lot more followed by a combination of Perplexity and the AI platform we have here to fine tune it further where need be.
Using AI, many will agree can drastically speed up the process for us content creators especially for research and generating other ideas saving many hours not to mention creating content (when done properly) within minutes rather than hours or days in many cases.
So here is my approach along with what other tools I use before I start to use AI.
Step 1 Do your normal keyword research using Jaaxy, Niche Finder Tool and our Hubs.
At first when looking for topic ideas, breaking down your niche or finding other niche topic ideas to finding your focus keyword even long-tail keyword then no better place to look is here at WA with the niche finder tool, the hubs platform and Jaaxy of course.
This is where you can start or is the start of your research based on your chosen niche you want to write about.
Once you have this done then start using AI to save you even more time for the next steps to come that is generating blog ideas, layouts and more.
Of course you can also us AI to give you keywords and ideas to write about as well but best to use what you have here first to not only get used to but also get into a proper habit while understanding how it all works here.
Your choice on this part
Step 2 Check out the competition.
Now we have an idea of what to write along with our focus keyword. It’s time to check out the competition.
Here you go to the search engines and check out your competition.
I also use the free version of MOZ as I only need to look at two parts that is the domain authority and their page authority.
If they have a high domain authority and use the focus keyword I have , then most likely (not always) may look for another focus keyword to use but that depends on the domain authority that competitor has along with what and how it is written with either facts of garbage fluff some used even high domain authority sites.
If I feel I can do better I will keep the same focus keyword then I look at what they write and get their title headers, sub headers and here I can use AI to give me a lending hand to create more useful content for my readers they don’t cover and write it better.
Here you can use the search analysis from Jaaxy to check out some specifics they have.
Note: Jaaxy has a lot more than just looking for keywords or finding your rankings on the search engines. Use it to your advantage.
AI Tools.
As I said I use Perplexity the most now, so here is where the steps I take for prompts given to them from start to finish.
Well finish is when I give my own spin if I ask it to create content to save further time.
One of the benefits Perplexity has it when asking for details they give you at the top other sources from other websites a bit like Google does but Perplexity did it first before Google done theirs.
For the paid version you can also have AI images created but with the free version they also show some images on the right side for ideas but not to copy and paste for yourself.
Steps for Prompts.
Regardless of what AI you use you need to let it first know what you want or plan to do then give it various prompts to begin.
For this example, my focus keyword is “Cultivating a Growth Mindset”
Prompt 1
The first prompt I give after I ask what I want is to generate 10 Title headers or blog post ideas on the topic.
“Please give me a list of 10 blog post ideas about cultivating a growth mindser which is my focus keyword”
This can then give me not only blog post title but can be used for future blogs.
A couple of examples it gives me
“Overcoming Challenges: The Power of a Growth Mindset” or “ 5 Daily Habits to Foster a Growth Mindset.
Prompt 2 Structuring my Content
Once I have my ideas, the next step is organizing them into a coherent structure. AI can help create outlines with ease that can bring more clarity and flow to the prompt I would use is:
“Create an outline for a blog post titled “How to Develop a Growth Mindset in Everyday Life” Include headings, and subheading.
This is then my roadmap for my post which makes it easier to develop each section.
A typical outline might look like this”
• Introduction
• H2: Understanding Growth Mindset
• H3: What is a Growth Mindset?
• H3: Benefits of Adopting a Growth Mindset
• H2: Practical Steps to Cultivate a Growth Mindset
• H3: Embrace Challenges
• H3: Learn from Criticism
• Conclusion
Additional options to use in this section with the prompt
Here you are also ask AI to give you Key Takeaways, with a quick and direct one or two at most sentences explaining each takeaway.
This allows the reader to know what is coming further and can help them to want to read more.
This is an option but I find it very helpful.
The other option to use at the end after the conclusion is to get AI to create you some questions for the reader in mind to comment further thus helping your SEO with comments and further interactions with your readers.
Plus a third option also great to have is get AI to Create a FAQS with one or two sentences answering the question.
Perhaps you may have other posts on the topic and can then internal link to that.
Prompt 3: Writing Content with AI Prompts
Now I have my outline and adjusted where needed with the above prompts it is time to get AI to create content for me so I can add my own human spin once done.
Once I have an outline and am happy with what it gave me plus if I wish to use the additional options I then ask it to re-do the content to include those additional options where or when needed.
So when I am happy with the results I then ask it the final main prompt in creating my new blog post.
Now you can ask the prompts separately if you wish to not overload AI as I found with ChatGPT in the past it couldn’t handle larger prompts.OR you can with Perplexity give it one large prompt normally after I got the structure sorted out.
Here is the fuller prompt to save time here.
I am using the blog post idea of “Developing a Growth Mindset” as my focus keyword as an example here.
Main prompt
“Please create a blog post on Developing a Growth Mindset, around 1500 words (if I need more or less, I will ask later).
Ensure there is no AI fluff or typical wording AI tends to use. Make sure it is SEO-friendly, written at a 6th to 8th-grade level.
Create me an introduction, key takeaways after the introduction with a simple clear one-sentence outline, followed by sub-headings with each expanded and explained easily to a maximum of 250-300 words each.
Add a conclusion summarizing what was discussed, then include at least 3 questions to engage my readers.
You can also provide an FAQ section with 3-5 questions on the topic and give simple answers of no more than two lines each. Do you understand?”
It will then let me know it understood and then will ask me to continue, which I say yes and off it goes creating the content for me to adjust later to my style or human wording that I feel is more realistic than any other fancy wording as all AI tends to add once in a while.
But as I said Perplexity is very good at giving me what I ask and want.
So there you have it there obviously can be more to add but this is a great beginner from start to finish when using AI.
The final part is to add your human touch and spin into it and when totally happy then I copy what I got from Perplexity to a word document, save it on my computer so I have a record and later go to my site and copy and paste my result.
After that add the images where needed and bingo content done and published.
Please let me know if you use some of the same prompts or feel one can further improve on with what prompts were given.
Happy Blogging and wishing you well in this awesome challenge.
As always
Strive to succeed and you will achieve.
Andre

Hello there Kyle and the WA Family,
I trust everyone is good.
One of the best AI hacks that I have come across is asking AI to act as an expert or specialist in a certain area.
Here are a few examples of this hack below:
Example #1:
Let's say I am trying to come up with some marketing ideas for my apparel website. My AI prompt would be, "You are a marketing specialist. Can you create some effective marketing ideas for my website (I would put my web address here), that sells gospel apparel?"
Here are two ideas this prompt came up with:
1. **Influencer Collaborations**: Partner with faith-based influencers and bloggers to showcase your apparel. This helps you reach a wider audience and adds credibility to your brand.
2. **Social Media Campaigns**: Create engaging content on platforms like Instagram and Facebook featuring your apparel in real-life settings. Use hashtags like #GospelSwag, #FaithFashion, and #WearYourFaith to increase visibility.
Example #2:
Let's say I am trying to come up with some social media content for my personal website, (I would insert my web address here), where I teach digital outreach for churches. My AI prompt would be, " You are a social media expert. Can you create some good social media content for my website PastorDre dot com? This website focuses on digital outreach for churches."
Here are two ideas this hack produced:
Tip of the Week**
- **Graphic:** Eye-catching infographic listing digital outreach tips.
- **Caption:** "Tip of the Week: Utilize social media to connect with your community! Regular posts and updates keep your congregation engaged and informed. What’s your strategy? Share below! 👇 #ChurchGrowth #SocialMediaTips"
Success Stories
**Post Idea:** Highlight a church that successfully enhanced its outreach using your services.
**Caption:** "✨ Since partnering with Pastordre, our online engagement has doubled!' Discover how we can help your church thrive in the digital world. #SuccessStories #DigitalMinistry"
Thanks WA family.
P.S. Fell free to try this hack in your niche and let me know how it goes.
When using the In-house article designer, Keyword Selection and the prompts are vital to getting what you want from it and without the fluff it AI is well known for.
It All Begins With Research, Find the Longtails and the Shortest variations of the phrase that still make sense. (IMAGE 1)
For Targeting Long-Tail Keywords without the Fluff. I am sharing the prompt I use.
Prompt
(You're a veteran writer and content marketer with experience writing highly engaging blog posts without fluff, that take your readers on a journey to accomplishing their goals. Write an SEO-friendly blog post discussing [TOPIC FOR YOUR BLOG POST] geared towards our audience of [YOUR AUDIENCE]. Don't use cheesy phrases or terminology, keep your article straight to the point, have some fun with voice and tone but don't get too creative. Draw inspiration from other successful articles on this topic, when optimizing the post for SEO on the keyword phrase ["YOUR TARGET KEYWORD PHRASE"]. Include all the most important sections according to current top-ranking Google search results for this keyword phrase. Write at least 1,200 words.)
Change the Topic, Audience, and Target Keyphrase to whatever you are going for. Also, adjust the length at the end of the prompt. (Image 2)
Add specific products or information after the prompt.
Select your Author, With this prompt, use only the Professional. The Casual Author is where you will get the majority of the Fluff I mentioned earlier. (Image 3)
Employ Basic SEO.
Use Keywords in Your Title, Meta description, H2 Headings, and throughout your article. (Image 4)
Then, check and recheck before posting, thus ensuring you have the final product you wish to serve to your audience.
This Ladies and Gents, is How I Approach Long Tail Keywords in Articles.
Very nice. I really like the way you added additional content as shown in image 2.
I made a mistake today. I posted my response to this challenge first, and then after reading all the other participants' posts.
Thank you. I believe Kyle's vision of these contests is so others may learn. It is a good approach. I am glad you enjoyed this post.

I use AI to plan out my work day.
Claude is my preferred AI assistant but you can do the same with ChatGPT I guess.
This hack, I came up with myself as I use Claude to solve all types of real world problems. I thought I'd do this one night since I normally plan out my tasks the night before.
I would normally write down the tasks I want to complete the next day. I gave Claude the list of tasks and asked it to plan out my day. The AI came up with a schedule that accounted for how much hours I told it I had. It also came up with suggestions on how to increase my productivity and handle all the tasks I gave it.
Here's the prompt I gave it.
"You are a productivity expert.
Here is a list of tasks that I have for today.
1. Finish a blog post on Best Affiliate Marketing Resources (I've only done the intro). I also need to do the feature image for the post.
2. Make Pinterest Pins for my FGV website. Pins for Insomnia remedies and best medicinal plants to grow at home.
3. Outline Black Friday/Cyber Monday posts for: Wealthy Affiliate, [+4 redacted]
4. Draft a BFCM Roundup post.
I would like to complete as much as I can in 4 hours from 10am to 2pm. Help me plan my day and suggest the best approach."
Here's what Claude came up with.
"Let me help you organize these tasks efficiently for your 4-hour window. First, let's analyze each task's complexity and priority, then create a structured schedule.
Task Analysis:
1. Blog post completion (High effort, revenue potential)
- Writing remaining sections
- Creating feature image
- Estimated time: 1.5-2 hours
2. Pinterest Pins (Medium effort, traffic potential)
- Two pins needed
- Estimated time: 45 minutes
3. BFCM Post Outlines (Medium effort, time-sensitive)
- 5 different products
- Estimated time: 45 minutes
4. BFCM Roundup Draft (Medium effort, time-sensitive)
- Estimated time: 45 minutes
Recommended Schedule:
10:00 - 11:30 AM (90 mins)
- Complete the Affiliate Marketing Resources blog post
- Break it into sections
- Write in focused 25-minute sprints
- Create feature image during a 15-minute break between writing sprints
11:30 - 12:15 PM (45 mins)
- Create Pinterest Pins
- 20 mins for Insomnia remedies
- 20 mins for medicinal plants
- 5 mins for final touches
12:15 - 12:30 PM (15 mins)
- Short break
- Stretch, hydrate
- Quick screen break
12:30 - 1:15 PM (45 mins)
- Outline all BFCM posts
- Allocate 8-9 minutes per product
- Use a template approach for consistency
1:15 - 2:00 PM (45 mins)
- Draft BFCM Roundup post
- Use outlines from previous task
- Focus on structure first, then details
Tips for Maximum Productivity:
1. Use the Pomodoro technique (25 mins work, 5 mins break)
2. Turn off notifications during focus periods
3. Have all necessary resources ready before starting
4. If you finish any task early, move directly to the next
5. Create templates for BFCM posts to speed up the process
Priority Order (if you can't finish everything):
1. BFCM Outlines (time-sensitive)
2. Blog post completion (revenue-generating)
3. BFCM Roundup
4. Pinterest Pins (can be moved to another day if needed)
Would you like me to elaborate on any part of this schedule or provide specific strategies for any of these tasks?"
I like that Claude asks you follow up questions to further help. I loved this hack so much that I started using it every night. It's extremely helpful and sometimes things don't always go as planned (like when you have to run out to do something) but that's why I gave it 4 hours in the day because I use some night sessions to complete the incomplete tasks.
I have learned one more way to become productive. Thanks I like it. 👍
Thanks for sharing Jahnyiah, some really cool use of Claude here to amplify your productivity. I do this once in a wheel with a list of all my weekly tasks, and get it to help prioritize and organize in a way that makes sense (getting all the video done in a day, leveraging my most "brain power" times to their full potential, etc)
