With health issues and not much experience in website tech at the age of 84, I desperately need help to stop wasting time and money not doing much in this awesome platform to o
What exactly are you trying to build out with your site? There is a lot of training here to be able to get you started, but if you need something specific, feel free to shoot me a PM and I can see what I can do for you.
You would need to seek outside help. We cannot charge outsourcing fees to members inside WA.

I have introduced a friend to WA and he wants to join. What's the step-by-step procedure for referring a new WA member?
Click the $ sign on the bar above 2 left of the airplane symbol. Then click on referrals!
It shows on your tasks to send them a welcome note as well. If they are you referral it will have a picture like 2 twins restroom pn their profile bubble. If you see those, then you should double check your tasks to ensure you're offering support. When they make a complete profile it also notifies to help you keep track of their progress.
You could offer them a weekly mastermind session to help keep them on track and show your appreciation as well.
They click your link and decide to upgrade, they get an email if you created a special one for subscriber, then you help them to succeed.

For longer-term, sustained success with referrals, it is best to go through the Affiliate Bootcamp training to fruition.
Meanwhile, since it sounds like your friend is keen to join, simply go to the upper right hand corner of the WA screen and click on the $ icon (left of the plane), go to Links & Tracking, copy and paste your Main Link and email it your friend to click on and get started..... this is all elaborated in the Bootcamp training ....
