Everybody here is going to need images and Free is best...Im I right :) Depending on your niche this site could be perfect. It is for my niche which is Georgia coast https://www.flickr.com/creativecommons/by-2.0/ All pics are under the creative common license just give credit to the photographer . Images are avail in many sizes. You can download or I save as. Iam finding hundreds and hundreds of pictures that is perfect for my site.Alot of the pictures are taken from people on vacation and post here to share. These are perfect for someone doing travel related site, Ive seen pics of food so may be useful for someone with a food related site, . Man Im excited

Also alot of the images has a description

There are alot of resources for where to find free images posted by others here and i tried most of them of them, hey if its free Im going to try it but for my niche I really couldn't find anything.

Flickr has been around a long time. Yes Flickr, one of the first photo sharing sites. Use to love this site years ago and had forgotten about it

Hope everyone enjoyed my first blog :)

It is a good site for images, thank you

Hi Kenneth, there are many other websites offering free images, all in the public domain, that can be used for any purpose, included commercially, and do not require attribution. They can also be edited to suit your needs.

Two I use quite often are, among others, pixabay.com and publicdomainfiles.com, the latter includes images, clipart, fonts, artwork, video and film clips, etc. both of these sites are free to use without any registration. If you use Google images make sure you do an advanced search, as everything in Google isn't free to use. Hope this helps. Hope this helps.

Hey nice tip. How do you usually give credit to the author?

1

One way would be to place by "author name" under the photo and maybe even link the authors name to the original source. By clicking on the authors name in flickr the authors name is a link to his/her profile on flicker
