WA Hosting Servers do not allow any plugins to send info back to it's own server, so if this is a requirement of your plugin for it to work, it will not work.
best to make out a ticket on it and inquire if WA has it blocked due to an issue they have with it

I have a new autoresponder and need IMAP to set it up. Can you help me with this?

Sadly Kit, autoresponders will not work on WA servers. I learned that lesson straight away after purchasing one and then not being able to use it.

It is my understanding that if too many emails are created from a website (not so well known one, of course), that website could become blacklisted very quickly. And... it has been suggested that the magic number is unknown... making using an online, well recognized autoresponder one we use, a better idea.

In site rubix (blue button on left of your screen) under site management you find site domains with a lot of options... not sure it is there... better ask site support
