Really asking myself What's going on?
I will now write this as a post and the experience I have had with a certain feature and to keep my sanity.
I already wrote a question about it and yes, I also had been in contact with Site Support and I am still not near with the results I am looking for.
In the past I have requested comments and also left comments on other websites by using credits. I still love this feature and helping others as well being helped is just awesome here at Wealthy Affiliate.
Since my summer was more focused on domestic issues, than being active here at WA, I also started using another created feature created by Kyle

It worked well a couple of times but than a member informed me that when they submitted their comment they had a white screen and weren't sure if the comment came through. Sadly, it didn't.
I tried a few times to find things out on my own in how to solve it. Changed even browsers, switched between my desk computer who runs on Win 10 and my laptop who runs on Win 7, both times it didn't make a difference.
Than, I went into the incognito mode and viola it went through, I received the notification that their is a comment waiting to be moderated.
For a couple of times comments came through and I thought, OK, it was a glitch somewhere and it is now OK. Wrong!
Again, people told me they are either not sure if they where successful or their screen had frozen (white screen). One WA member, Cheryl, thanks for her help, did work with me to check the plugins. I had to put one by one into active again.
I had contacted Support in the meantime and they did deactivate all the plugins, even All in One SEO, and they could leave a test comment and yes, it was successful.
So, Cheryl and I did work through and activated one plugin at the time, and every time she could leave successfully a test comment. After that I was tiered and went to bed thinking now everything is finally alright.
The next day, nothing has changed with the plugins, I submitted a new post asking for a comment, already leaving a comment on someone else's site. The reaction was either I have left you a comment, but nothing showed up on my site, or they told me they had the white screen again.
From this point on I was totally flabbergasted, what the heck is going on? So I went back to Support but the suggestions I got repeated themselves (try to use a different computer/network, or everything is fine we just left you a test comment etc.)
Well, nothing is fine. I am really not sure what else can be done. All the plugins are being deactivated the only plugin active right now is All in One SEO. I am certainly not the one to blame or at liberty to fix it.
The only conclusion I have now is that either something went wrong after WordPress newest update or even something is interfering due to WA's updating, what else can it be?
Everything is updated on my sites, even the theme.
I just wanted this to get off of my chest and I feel sorry for all the members who wasted there valuable time writing me a comment and were faced with problems instead.

Sounds good. I have had some trouble with my right arm. Isn't it always the body part you need the most goes. First of all I broke my wrist a few years ago. The surgeon who was to monitor it was pretty inept so get a few aches from that. Then about two months ago I got a lovely case of shingles. Now that certainly answered my question on whether or not I had childhood chicken pox!
Not only put a halt on my house work but stopped my typing completely.
Well as you can see typing is back on and hopefully with not too many typos.

Sylvia, you are not the only one! I have experienced the white screen when trying to leave comments on two other people's sites here. The first one said she received my comment, the second one did not! So now I don't know when it happens if my comment will show up or not.
I have no idea what is going on but IT IS NOT JUST YOU! Therefore, it is something bigger! I hope that can make you feel a bit better!

Ah, you bet Cheryl. I totally remember when it happened to me. I couldn't get much of anything solid in the way of help and really had to just start trying stuff.
But this sure worked good and I haven't had a problem since!!!
I will keep my fingers crossed that it helps her to sort the problem.
I might copy the link and put it somewhere safe just in case.

Just read your thread from last year and the thing I got from it was that it is either or both the plugins or the theme.
Hmm, I never have changed the theme to the site I am referring to but could it be that after the last WordPress update the theme became, somewhat, non-functional?
I have three websites and two of them are still "Twenty Thirteen"
another website I have changed from "Twenty thirteen" to the newest "Twenty Seventeen" a few months ago.
If this a possible theme thing not sure to which I should switch.
However, I will see what Carson has to say.
Reading the linked post above it sounds like you may want to try switching to a different theme and then switching back to your theme again.

I just know that after I disabled all of my plugins and then totally wiped my theme out of my site, loaded up another theme, deleted it and then reloaded the original theme, everything worked great without any further issues.
I may have deleted each plugin also and then reloaded them... can't quite remember if I did that or not.

Awwwww Sylvia, I am so sorry to hear that you still haven't managed to get this problem sorted out.
Hopefully now that Carson's on the case it will get sorted out properly this time.

Hey Sylvia, we will definitely have a look into this and see if this is something that we can reproduce. The first step to fixing something is to find out how to reproduce the issue. I may reach out to you via Private message for some more info if needed.
