Hi, sometimes we may have images or videos in our posts and pages that are http vs https, so you'd need add the 's' -- however site would perhaps show partially not secure.
However if all else fails, I would contact site support for further assistance

There was an issue with site support not renewing their certificate as it was due today, but I think that's cleared now :)

Google keeps saying I have AMP issues and I don't know why. I keep disabling AMP to fix it, is this bad? I don't even understand what AMP is.

You might put in a ticket to site support too, go to the bottom left and click on help center
I ended up just deactivating it altogether. Most of my pages are showing up on Google as error pages, saying that Javascript isn't allowed, and it's all because of the AMP plugin on wordpress.
I don't have it on my other site, just the pet apparel site. So, we'll see what happens by deactivating it. :)
