I believe that relationships are extremely important in everything you do, and especially important in your online business.
I am going to share a method that I use to get the big shots in my industry to notice me and also to like and share my stuff with their thousands of social media followers.
It is a combination of content curation and outreach.
I am going to use my latest post as an example, and I am going to to share the URL with you at the risk of some people saying it is spam, because I think it is important for you to see the post in order to understand how to do this.

Before you go over there, let me explain how I created the post and the impact that it is having.
Here's what I did...
- Make a list of 100 of the top influencers in my niche.
- Follow each of them on twitter, and connect on Facebook if possible.
- Reach out to those that I have a connection with asking for a quote for the article.
- For those that I don't have a connection with, I researched their websites to come up with a really good quote.
- Once I had the 100 influencers and their quotes, I wrote the article with and intro and a conclusion.
- I published the article and began to reach out to each influencer to let them know that they were featured.
This resulted in a huge amount of social interaction as the influencers shared my post with their followers on all of their social media outlets.
Some even linked back to the article from their blogs!
