The theme that I chose for my website does not contain a dropdown 'header' menu in the appearance. What do I need to do to insert a header to my website?
I recommend choosing a theme where it's easy to insert headers. You don't really want to change any coding to the theme itself unless you know about this.

You'll need to create your own menu Menu With Custom Links and Drop Down Non-Clickable Headings

When Google indexed your website, what does it means?
Yep...what Jeannine said...pretty simple - as you go through the Certification training all this will be explained to you.
Worth going through ALL the modules one by one...some of the stuff maybe you already know, but there many gems strewn along the way =)

Basically it means that Google knows the website exists. It means that Google will send a bot on a regular basis to see if you have new content. It's an important first step in your site's success.

When inserting table to your post from Table Press, the Edit link appear at the bottom of the table. How do you remove this link?
Perhaps that's just visible to you as you're logged in to your website. Use a different browser to see what your readers see. If they can see it too then go to the plugin's support forum at wordpress.org
