I'm sure this is not the first time someone brought this subject up and definitely not the last. As a newbie, we tend to get overwhelmed by the the amount of information, training, e-mails, posts, building website etc that we have to go through each day. Trying to focus on one thing at a time can be quite challenging. If there is one important thing we should focus on as a newbie, what will that be? Would like to hear your opinions, suggestions or recommendations on this subject.
