Hey folks,
For those of you who don't know me, I joined in August of 2016. For the first three months I blogged daily on WA and was very involved with the community. I became an ambassador right about the time my businesses started taking off. I decided affiliate marketing was not for me, but I still truly appreciated all that I through my participation here in the WA community. For those of you who do know me, if you are on Instagram, I update daily (TantraFit). I would love to reconnect with those of you who I got to know during my time focusing on WA!
August is also the month that we bought a 2-acre "micro farm" here in Iowa where my husband's family lives (I grew up in Canada). The farm is really coming together! We have a huge crop of garlic planted, a small patch of strawberries, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and our backyard brood of chickens are thriving and now product a dozen eggs per day!

I wake up to the glorious Midwest views, sip my coffee in my hot tub, do some yoga, write for a bit, then coach a client or two (via Skype) and spend the rest of my day with my family, friends, and pets. I remember writing a post about my perfect life/day. I have achieved those goals for myself!
I have a new goal. I want to get back to globe trotting and I plan on leading retreats in fall 2017 and beyond. I am attending a SUP Yoga certification course in San Diego in October, so I am practicing my skills this summer. Life is still a little more isolated than I am used to (my family and lifelong friends still live in BC).
Our oldest two kids moved out of the home that we bought for them, so we now have a lovely family renting our house. It is my first time being an actual landlord and we are making a decent profit from our investment (we bought our current rental house as a foreclosure in 2013 and lived in it until we moved to the acreage we purchased last year). I am considering developing my LaptopDiva brand into a consulting and marketing business focusing on supporting entrepreneurs to stop dreaming and start doing.
The photo is one of me was from this morning. I am setting up a yoga and meditation space in our gazebo! Please excuse my hair, I had literally just rolled out of bed to do my morning meditation! Sending blessings of abundance, success, and happiness to each of you! From my heart to yours, Joy
