Update 2019:
It's been more than 2 years that I've been in WA and the journey was truly exciting. It won't be far from truth if I say that it changed my life.
Here I gained a "premium package" of online marketing skills. I managed to create several websites and I sold one of them.
Recently I invested the money in a ready-made Amazon affiliate website that I plan on being my ticket to financial freedom.
Occasionally, I work as a freelancer providing SEO and website design services thanks to the skills that I've learned here at this amazing community.
Be patient, don't give up, and always be the hardest working man in the room.

That is what I like about WA, people from all walks of life, all ages and from all over the world, indeed an interesting cocktail.

Hey i get it. So try this search out. I always use it to get pictures. It is called the creative commons search. When you search for a word that relates to the picture you are searching for, make sure you click I want something that I can: use for commercial purposes, and modify, adapt and build on.
From my understanding, your allowed to use the pics that come from this search without having to link back.

Hello again! You have wisdom in your life, and balance it well! Looking back, and many have said the same, I wish I had read more books - with depths. It is so easy to get distracted, and each short day passes. Being active and creative, and keeping oneself fit, is one answer to having enough time.
In the last few years the contact between us in Europe across old fictive borders has been growing. We all are tired of propaganda. What we here were told about Eastern Europe is simply not true. I see more cultural values there than I knew existed, and which in many ways surpass our own. I have bicycled and walked for years all across what was perceived as 'Europe' - now I'm going to explore the countries to the East. Why not Bulgaria first? Yes, Norway is beautiful too, and each region is different.
Persistence and listening to one's heart is the key. You write good, and I will read your posts as soon as I can - the people here is what makes WA the place to be!

I also made a list of 1001 niche ideas, a checklist with 25 points to go through before you publish a post, 101 blogging ideas when you get stuck and an A-Z WA dictionary. I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I would be glad if you can share your opinion abu the following niche i want to explore-thriller movies and books.
I am thinking of writing some reviews/recommendations of thriller books and movies which impressed me and i would have a section on my site where i recommend related products-kindles,home movie theater systems, blue rays etc. Lets say i will use amazon.com affiliate program for that.
Do you think that this is far too competitive (or niche too broad) and would it be profitable according to you? Thanks for sharing your thoughts about it!

Never worry about competition within the niche, any given niche is so vast that there is so much opportunity and so many keywords/audiences that are "untapped".
The only competition you should worry about is you and by being a member here and what you learn here at WA, you are going to have a competitive advantage over any of your competition.
When I enter a niche, competition does not even cross my mind because ANY niche can be highly lucrative and there is so much opportunity within any niche.
You will be just fine, don't worry about competition Asen.

Since you're a software engineer, a request I've seen too many times here in WA is a place where small groups could get together for mastermind groups. These could be used for mentoring, coaching, brainstorming, or just socializing with like minded people (i.e. veterans, members from other countries, like niches, etc.)
