If you want to start an affiliate program for your online store, there are a number of different options. The bigger e-commerce providers have affiliate programs that you can use, for example, shopify. I would recommend doing some research first before coming back with any specific questions you have.

So this didn't work on my site either. Could be just the theme that I have. Also can't figure out how to change the site title color. Could be the same thing?

Ok, so I figured out how to add posts to a page separate from the blog page that they automatically go to. My question now is as follows, my post only shows up in the menu when I do that. How do I get the post to actually view on the intended page?

Not quite sure what you are meaning.
Perhaps you want your blogs to appear on your home page. If so, here is a tutorial to help you do that: How To Make Your Home Page Into a Blog Roll and Add a Read More Button on Wordpress Posts and Pages are two separate options within the WordPress dashboard.
