If you want to start an affiliate program for your online store, there are a number of different options. The bigger e-commerce providers have affiliate programs that you can use, for example, shopify. I would recommend doing some research first before coming back with any specific questions you have.

Perhaps you want your blogs to appear on your home page. If so, here is a tutorial to help you do that: How To Make Your Home Page Into a Blog Roll and Add a Read More Button on Wordpress Posts and Pages are two separate options within the WordPress dashboard.
