Hi! I'm a complete newbie to blogging and creating web pages and on-line marketing and such. I've been thinking of doing a blog for awhile now, and only within the last few days have I thought about it as an income producer.

I'm getting close to retiring from my job, and have come face to face with the reality that it will be a huge cut in income. I'm more fortunate than many, in that I wouldn't be broke during my retirement years, unless I live to be really really old like lots of my forebears have done (92, 93, etc.).

I have a lot of interests and things I'd like to communicate about on a blog, and it dawned on me that I might as well create some income while I'm at it.

I'm crazy about my two little grandkids, and my wife and family! I like outdoor activities like hiking and canoeing, and I like country living and farm related things, although I live in a suburb because of my job. I'm also interested in various kinds of music (I play guitar fairly adequately). And also I'm an enthusiast for motorcycles, sports cars, and aviation, to name just a few of my interests.

And my faith in God is the main thing for me, along with my family.

I think it will be fun to get to know some of you here!
JohnTerry's Goals 3
Money Goals
Answer #1: I'd be happy to earn enough so that in my upcoming retirement, my income does not drop! how much is that? I haven't done the math right now, but I'm thinking around $50,000 per year. I know it will take quite a bit of time and effort to reach that though. That's why I'm getting started before retirement hits!

Answer #2: I was just contemplating the question a few days ago, and decided that I would like to work my way up to a goal of $375,000 per year. I understand that it could take quite awhile, several years of patient work, to get to that. But that's my long-term goal.

Answer #3: While I'm still working at my job, I'm thinking that I will be hard-pressed to put in more than 8 to 10 hours per week working on this. But once I retire, I plan to work it about as much as I currently do my job, 40 hours per week, until I get some passive income starting to flow. If/when I reach my long-term goal, I would like to cut back to maybe 20 to 30 hours per week, assuming that I do get the passive income flowing enough to allow that.

Money I would be happy earning

Thank You for following and Welcome to WA John:

I have been with WA since March of 2014, after using a few other programs. I have found WA to be one of, if not the best program on the internet. Kyle’ video tutorials will help you get your website ranked. Just follow the courses step-by-step.

I currently have 5 spots on the second and third pages of Google, along with being rank # 2 on Bing and # 1 on Yahoo search engine for Affiliate Incomes.

Some of my past experiences with different programs range from, investing more to go further to complete dead end. One program drags you on for a month, making you buy more promotional tools, and never helps you get a decent website up and running.

If you get stuck or have any question there is always someone at WA willing to help. Or If you have any question PM me. If I don't have an answer, I will help you find it so we both can learn.

You can also visit My websites I created using the WA system:
www.affiliateincomes.org for more information on Affiliate Programs and HomeBusiness Solutions.
www.handicapgolf.net for golf produces, reviews, tips and MORE!!

Thanks for the welcome, Carson. I don't know enough yet to know what to ask. I'm working my way through the training, and I'm sure I will be ready to ask some questions once I do that and spend a little time looking at the chats and such.

So far it looks like a fun place to be, and lots of interesting and nice people to meet. I'm looking forward to getting more familiar with it all soon.

Hi John,

It's ok if you do not feel that you know enough to ask questions. I'm sure as you get started with the training that will change quickly :)

You're going to have a blast. Keep in touch.
